(Scroll down for video) A popular reality TV show was hit with news of a suicide by one of its cast members, according to police reports in California.

“Storage Wars” cast member, Mark Balelo, committed suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning in Simi Valley, California.

One of his employees found Balelo’s dead body this morning in his car, which was parked in the garage while still running at his auction house.

Apparently, he had been upset after his arrest on Saturday for a drug-related offense.
The autopsy of Balelo’s remains is scheduled for Tuesday.

Balelo is known for wearing flashy clothes to auctions conducted by “Storage Wars,” a reality show that premiered on A&E in 2010. The series follows the people who buy the contents of unpaid storage units as individual lots and then try to re-sell items individually for profit.
