The Canadian couple taking a romantic anniversary trip to Mexico, took a sick turn when they discovered a peep hole drilled into their hotel suite.

David Traccitto and his wife, Sarah Edwards, from Ontario, discovered the peep hole in the bathroom one day after registering at the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya resort in Playa del Carmen, about an hour south of Cancun.

Edwards said she felt that something was wrong on her first day at the hotel.
“I felt like someone was around me,” Edwards told a television news station.

“I heard what sounded like a latch opening, then moments later, closing,” she added.
Traccitto discovered that his luxury suite shared a wall with a maintenance room.

When he went to investigate, he found a small peep hole leading to the shower.
The perverted peeper even had scraped off some paint on the glass inside the shower to get a clearer view.

“You can see right through the glass, right through everything, to the genital level, in the shower,” Edwards complained.
“If the person is not in the shower, you can see directly to the king-size bed,” she added.

Edwards said her husband burst into the room and said: “Pack everything. We are leaving.”
The couple alerted the hotel management and they were moved to a different room, where they remained for the rest of the trip. They demanded a full refund from the travel agency, but their request was refused.
