Vermont state police have charged the two men with ties to Connecticut in a case of alleged child sexual assault that occurred over several years involving a victim who said he was wrapped in cellophane and suffered from being subject to other aggravated sexual assaults.
State police charged 39-year-old Frank Meyer, of West Haven, Connecticut, and 42-year-old Brett Bartolotta of Cavendish, Vermont, with aggravated sexual assault and for engaging in child sex slavery.
