Ohio judge forces man to wear idiot sign for a week

(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested, charged and convicted of threatening police officers, according to court proceedings in Ohio.

Now, a judge in Cleveland, who has forced a woman to wear an “idiot” sign in public after driving around a school bus is calling for the public humiliation of a man convicted for threatening police officers.

In addition to sentencing the 58-year-old Richard Dameron, to 90 days in jail, Cleveland Judge Pinkey Carr, ordered the man to stand in front of the police station in the district with a sign when he completes his prison term.

The judge ordered the man to stand three hours a day for a week, with a sign apologizing to the police officers. The poster will also say: “I was being an idiot and it will never happen again.”
Dameron is convicted of threatening officers on 911 calls.
