(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct related charges after he yelled bingo, according to police reports in Kentucky.
A police officer compared the act to shouting fire in a crowded theater. The police officer said that a man, 18-years-old, falsely yelled bingo in a room located in Covington, Kentucky.
Austin Whaley was slapped with a charge of disorderly conduct and then ordered by a judge last week to refrain from saying the word bingo for the next six months.
According to the report, Whaley came to the bingo hall full of elderly women early last month. The man yelled bingo and interrupted the game for several minutes because all the players thought they had lost, the local newspaper wrote. Whaley was asked to apologize to the angry players, but his refusal prompted a police officer to take action.Mobile video not loading? Click here to view
