Amanda Feenstra, from Houston, Texas, violated the trust of her student, parents and the school administration.

30-year-old Feenstra was a dance teacher at the Humble High School, where she allegedly had a long term lesbian relationship with a student.

Feenstra took her student to her office where they had sex.
As the relationship continued, the married teacher took her student home to have sex whenever her husband was out of town.

At some point, the student decided to end the relationship. The girl told another teacher who then told the principal. Feenstra was arrested.

Feenstra allegedly engaged in a sexual relationship with her 16- year-old student that went on for over a year, according to police.

During an interview with police, the student told detectives that she and Feenstra had sex many times, she could not remember them all.

Feenstra allegedly performed oral sex on the teen. She had also used a vibarator on the teen, according to the police.

“Often times, people go into these professions of teaching and coaching because they have the best selection process available,”
Psychologist Doctor Michael Mantell said.

Feenstra was booked into jail on charges of an improper relationship between educator and student. Her bail was set at $30,000.
