While on spring break, a teenager was arrested for urinating on a police officer’s lunch, cell phone and other equipment.
Someone at the Fort Myers Beach resort called police at around 2:00 a.m. reporting drunk spring breakers who were breaking bottles on the property.
When officers arrived, they found three drunken teenagers one of whom was identified as 18-year-old, Chris Brennan.
Brennan was placed in the backseat of a patrol car for safety purposes while officers proceeded to question the two other suspects, according to police report.
In the squad car, the intoxicated teenager banged his head against the window, cursed and threatened to urinate in the car.
Brennan then urinated through the squad cars protective screen cage aiming at the patrol car’s front seat. Brennan managed to urinate on the officers lunch, his cell phone, and the computer.
He was booked into the Lee County Jail and charged with resisting an officer without violence.
