(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested after he hid in a supermarket before closing then ate their all night.

The homeless man, Trevor Runyon, 30, of Louisville, Kentucky, was arrested after spending the night in the supermarket, and feasted like a king.

According to Officer Michael Huffman of the Mt. Washington police, when the ValuMarket manager opened the store in the morning, he found empty packages of stakes, shrimps, cake, and beer among other things. The manager checked the store’s surveillance video and saw Runyon coming into the store just before it closed on Sunday and hiding in the bathroom.

Then, when the lights went out, the video showed Runyon helped himself to food and drinks in the store. He ate six steaks, shrimp, a birthday cake, drank beer, and had 57 Reddi-Wip whipped cream cans. He also took cigarettes and smoked them.

“He could have gone to a church and eat free without facing criminal charges. The church helps many homeless people. On the other hand, the church does not hand out beer, cigarettes and whip cream, they do provide a decent meal though,” John Patterson, 31, of Louisville, Kentucky told after learning about the incident.

According to reports, Runyon allegedly couldn’t make it to the bathroom in time and pooped himself. The video showed him grabbing a supermarket employee’s clothing as he went to the bathroom to change. Runyon then climbed into the ceiling and went to sleep. The next morning, firefighters were called to take him down safely.

Runyon was arrested and charged with theft and damage to property.Mobile video not loading? Click here to view
