(Scroll down for video) A woman was ecstatic when she realized she was holding a winning Powerball jackpot ticket.

The woman realized that the ticket she bought the night before, matched all the winning numbers of the $360 million lottery jackpot.

Margit Arrobio purchased 5 tickets at a local Shell gas station in Pasadena, California, on Wednesday evening. The next morning, she found that the Powerball drawing matched all six numbers on one of her tickets. She was puzzled to hear her local television news anchor announcing that no one had bought the winning ticket.

“I called my gas station where I bought the ticket and I said: ‘I don’t get it. I have every number and yet they say there’s no winner,’”Arrobio said. The gas station attendant asked the woman what time she bought the ticket, when she replied that she was at the gas station at 8:00 pm the attendant informed her that she was 60 minutes late as the cut off time for the night is at 7:00 pm.

Arrobio bought her ticket 60 minutes after Wednesday’s drawing had already been closed, which meant her numbers were to play for the next drawing. She was devastated when she learned that she was just 60 minutes late from reaching her dreams of becoming an instant millionaire.

“For most people, especially those who are addicted to playing the lottery, dream of one day striking it rich. For me, I buy lottery tickets every now and then, but I don’t get my hopes up,” Jose Hernandez, 42, of Huston, Texas, told YourJewishNews.com after learning about the lottery incident.Mobile video not loading?
