(Scroll down for video) A man without clothes was arrested and charged with assault related charges after attacking train passengers in San Francisco, California, according to police reports in San Francisco.
The man, Yeiner Garizabalo faced a judge, but with his clothes on.
The 24-year-old man appeared in a bizarre video where he was seen without clothing while performing acrobatics on train passengers, then, he went after passengers trying to catch a train.
Garizabalo faces seven charges after the shocking incident in the Bay Area Rapid Transit station, a spokesperson for the District Attorney’s office in San Francisco, said Monday.
The video of the incident, which surfaced last week, quickly went viral.
In it, the man with wild hair is seen doing splits and cartwheels without any clothes. Passengers flee scared as he runs through the station, attacking random people.
Last week, police said Garizabalo was arrested, given a mental evaluation, charged with assault and released.
He is now charged with two felony counts of false imprisonment, four counts of misdemeanor assault and one count of misdemeanor sexual assault in the incident, spokesperson Alex Bastian said.
A judge set his bail at $100,000 after he was arrested again on Monday. He will be arraigned Tuesday afternoon, Bastian said.
Garizabalo, also known as Yeiner Perez, was, until recently, a member of the ClownSnotBombs Circus. The group issued a statement on its website saying that he was no longer affiliated with the group.Mobile video not loading? Click here to view
