(Scroll down for video) A resort in China is giving its customers a feel of Israel with its man-made “Dead Sea.”
The “Chinese Dead Sea” can accommodate up to ten thousand visitors at a time. More than a million people visit the resort during the summer.
The man-made “Dead Sea” was created using rich salt and 43 different minerals and microelements.
Inspired by the Dead Sea in Israel, the Dead Sea Holiday Resort located in Daying County, Sichuan province, China, has built an indoor saltwater pool.
The pool was built-in a 30,000 square meter area and is able to accommodate up to 10,000 swimmers at one time.
The pool becomes a sea of color as the masses grab their rubber tubes and descend into the water.
The good thing is that just like the Israeli Dead Sea, the water allows “swimmers” to float freely, so there is no real risk of drowning.
