(Scroll down for video) A little boy was arrested and charged with armed robbery related charges after he held up another child’s lemonade stand, according to police reports in Pennsylvania.
Johnstown Police said that a 12-year-old brandished a BB gun while sticking a lemonade stand of another child, 10, and fled with $30.
The robbery happened Monday afternoon in the city of Johnstown in western Pennsylvania, police said.
The boy came to the stand with what appeared to be a gun in his pocket and threatened the young boy, Sergeant Patrick Goggin said. The boys “got into a fight over the money box” before the older boy took $30 and fled, he said.
Three other children, ages 8, 10, and 13, chased the child home and helped police track him down. That was when the police determined that the child had a BB gun.
Police are not identifying the suspect, because he will be charged in juvenile court where most cases are confidential.
