Police are looking to arrest a man after he attacked several Asian women while riding the subway in New York, according to police reports.
The New York Police Department is looking for the suspect, who has been groping women on subway stations in the Jackson Heights and in Elmhurst in Queens, since February.
Authorities have released a sketch of the suspect and said that he has grabbed the behinds of five women between February and last week.
The latest incident occurred on Tuesday, at the M train station located at Elmhurst Avenue and Broadway, where a 34-year-old was approached from behind by the suspect. The suspect squeezed her private area before he fled from the scene.
Police said the other four incidents took place on Roosevelt Avenue, 74th Street and Broadway stations, where he grabbed the behinds of the victims or their private areas before fleeing from the scene. One of the crimes took place in March and the other three in July.
All of the victims were Asian women between the ages of 19 and 47.
No weapons were displayed and no property was removed from the victims. None of the victims were hospitalized after the crimes.
The suspect is a Hispanic man between 25 and 40-years-old, 5-foot 7-inches tall and 155 pounds. He was last seen wearing a navy blue or black baseball cap.
