(Scroll down for video) A Palestinian leader in Canada has called to shoot dead all Jews occupying Jerusalem after giving them a two-minute grace period to leave, according to video uploaded to the internet.

If Israeli Jews do not leave Jerusalem, they should be shot, a leader of the Canadian-Palestinian community said at the annual Al-Quds Day in Toronto. He added, however, that they should be given a warning of two minutes before they are killed.

“We say leave or you’re dead. Give them two minutes and then we start shooting. That’s the only way they will understand,” the speaker said. The speaker was identified as former president of the Palestine House in Toronto, Elias Hazineh.

Saturday’s event was captured on video, you hear audience members shouting “That’s it!” Several radicalized ultra-Orthodox Jews were present at the rally despite the fact that it was held on Shabbat.

“We have to give them an ultimatum. You got to get out of Jerusalem. You got to get out of Palestine, and the Palestinian people who have been waiting in refugee camps in Lebanon, Syria, Egypt and Jordan, should have the right to return to their homes,” Hazineh said.

He quoted from the Koran: “Be prepared against them with whatever possible.”
“That’s the only thing they will understand!” He added.
According to the explanation posted on YouTube, the verse refers to the preparation of a holy war against the “infidels.”

Repeating a frequently cited statement among anti-Israeli activists, Hazineh said: “I want to remind you how the police work. When someone tries to rob a bank the police do not negotiate, and we have been negotiating with them for 65 years.”
