(Scroll down for video) Manhattan residents are trying to punish a hotel that is allowing its female guests to sunbathe naked on its roof.

Neighbors are asking the State Liquor Authority of New York to revoke the liquor license of the Gansevoort Park Hotel, where rooms often start at $400 per night, due to alleged antics of its patrons.

Neighbors claim that they have witnessed hotel guests pulling off their tops and bottoms of their swimsuit at the pool of the hotel roof. They also complained that they cannot sleep at night due to the fact that the drunk hotel guests are making too much noise.

“They’re coming to town to be wild. They do not care who lives here,” 29th Street Neighborhood Association President Mario Messina said. “It’s the wrong place and the wrong time to do something like that,” he said.

The hotel management has met with the neighborhood association, but residents said they still feel that the hotel is not doing enough to address their concerns.

The Liquor Authority Board said that they have received photos of the antics in the hotel, and they said that they are look into the matter.
