(Scroll down for video) People are outraged after a cafe in London, United Kingdom wrote “f***ers all come at once” on a customer receipt, according to photos uploaded to the internet.

Now, a student received an apology from the cafe in east London after she complained when she saw the writing on her receipt calling her f***ers.

Naomi Bloomer had purchased a drink at the Grind Coffee Bar inside the Westfield Stratford shopping mall when she discovered the note.

On her receipt she saw the message “f ***ers all come at once,” which was later confirmed to be aimed at customers at the restaurant.

Bloomer, who currently lives in Kentish Town and attends the University College London, said that the receipt was sitting at the bar, and was clearly visible to customers. “I found it very inappropriate and I complained,” she said.

The 22-year-old was so angry at the message that she decided to write a letter of complaint to the Westfield customer service agency.

“I just wanted an apology, just a simple recognition that this was wrong,” Bloomer said.
“The part that really gets me is that they clearly do not care about customer service at all,” she said.

The owner of the Grind Coffee Bar apologized to Bloomer.
“We strive for super friendly customer service. We apologize to the one person who did not experience this,” the owner said in a statement.
