A woman, who posted a photo of herself breastfeeding her baby while doing yoga in the nude, is angry, after her Instagram account was suspended after the photo went viral on the internet.

The “Daughter Of The Sun” Instagram account run by Amy Woodruff, known to many as the “Naked Yoga Breastfeeding Mom” has been closed, and fans are coming out in droves to get it back online.

Woodruff became a viral star two years ago, when she posted a photo of herself doing yoga while naked and breastfeeding, on her blog the Daughter Of The Sun. No one knew much about her until she gave an interview about where she is now.

Since the publication of the interview in which it was revealed that Woodruff lives in Hawaii, sells products and handmade jewelry on Etsy, and her partner is a musician, her life has come to a halt by a storm of online comments.

New blog readers came flocking to Woodruff and her Instagram account. Her fan base grew to 14,000 and Woodruff believes that some of them were not pleased with what they saw on her account. The account has been disabled on Thursday.

Instagram released the following statement:

“Instagram has a clear set of community standards that make it clear what is and is not allowed. Though we cannot comment on individual accounts, usual protocol was followed on this occasion and we took action because the content broke the rules of the community. We encourage people who encounter content that makes them uncomfortable to inform us through the tools built in next to each photo or video on Instagram.”

Now, some Instagram users are rallying to have her account restored. Fans are publishing her images with the hashtag #savedaughterofthesun. More than 600 of her photos have so far been republished, in protest of Instagram’s decision.
