Three women were arrested after beating a Red Lobster waitress because she served the wrong fish order.
The charges, filed on Monday in Illinois St. Clair County, came six days after another woman, Ania Wilkes of Ferguson, Missouri, was convicted of felony assault and mob action. Wilkes, 21, will be sentenced next month.
The three new defendants, Denise McNeal, 43, of Jennings, Missouri, Lareka McNeal, 29, and Diane Ryland, 50, both of St. Louis, face charges of aggravated battery and mob action.
Authorities said the restaurant was full when a server took an order from Wilkes and her companions.
Heather Frink said that after she brought the customers grilled fish instead of fried fish, she told them that it would be free because the error. Frink said that when she left for a manager to ask if the other meals of the table would also be free, one of the women at the table called her a profane name.
When Frink challenged the women, Wilkes threw her drink in her face before the four diners started hitting and pushing Frink, leaving her with cuts on her nose and forehead, and with a swollen eye.
Frink also said she had to undergo physical therapy for injuries related to being beaten in the back.
A customer recorded the attack on a mobile phone. The video later went viral.
