(Scroll down for video) A man was deliberately run over by a car after he tried to stop a drug deal on his property.

Tony Morgan, 44, who runs the Poachers Pocket Pub in Walderslade, United Kingdom, was left with broken ribs after he was deliberately hit by a car in an argument.

Morgan asked a driver to leave his parking lot. After a brief struggle, the driver escaped, but not before he hit Morgan with his car. Morgan was outside his establishment as he walked to the parking lot outside the pub.

That is when he saw a grey Peugeot 307 in his parking lot. The men inside seemed suspicious. “I thought that’s a drug deal. I will not have that,” Morgan said. Morgan approached the passenger and told him: “Don’t come here to buy your drugs, do it somewhere else.”

According to police, the driver allegedly hit the father of three through the partially open window. Morgan informed the driver that he could not park there so they got into a heated argument. The driver tried to hit Morgan again, but he dodged the blow and the car drove off.

As the car left, Morgan was walking back to the pub. Morgan appeared to be talking to the men as they were leaving. All of a sudden the car reversed and crashed into him, knocking him to the ground. Morgan was taken to the Medway Maritime Hospital, where he was treated for broken ribs.

Morgan, who runs the pub for the past 13 years with his wife Lorraine, 45, is recovering and is said be in doing good.
The men in the car managed to escape. Police are asking for anyone with information to contact them.
