(Scroll down for video) A man needed to urinate while being transferred to jail so he attempted to aim out of the car’s window.

Devin Langford, 32, of Florida, was arrested for driving drunk and while he was handcuffed in the back of a police car he tried to urinate out the window, but missed and showered the cruiser’s interior with urine, police said.

Langford told the officer he had to pee and asked if he can pee out the window. “I advised him to relax, but Langford then asked if it is okay to urinate out of the window. I advised him that it was not okay and that if he had to go he can go in his pants,” the Indian River County officer wrote in the report.

Langford then unzipped his pants, kneeled on the seat and attempted to pee out the window. “His urine landed on the passenger side seat and floorboard of my vehicle,” the report states.
“I’m very, very, sorry that I had to pee in the back of your car,” Langford told the officer.

Langford was originally arrested for speeding when officers noticed he had “red eyes, slurred speech and a lot of empty beer cans” in his truck. He subsequently failed the field sobriety tests that were administered.
Langford was booked on a misdemeanor DUI, and was held in lieu of a $500 bond.
