A woman was arrested for refusing to leave her neighbor’s house and urinating on her couch.

The woman in New Freedom, Pennsylvania, was allegedly drunk when she urinated on the couch on Saturday night.

Kimberly Ann Crozier-Crowley, 55, faces charges of trespassing, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, loitering and prowling at night.

Southern Regional Police were called to the home of Jon Pizzurro, at 11:25 pm. Pizzurro, who lives near Crosier-Crowley, called police and said that the woman was drunk and did not want leave his house.

“While waiting for the police to arrive, Crosier-Crowley urinated on the couch in his living room,” according to the police report.

When police arrived, they found Crosier-Crowley without underpants. When they asked how much she had to drink, she replied, “nothing.” As officers tried to handcuff her, she resisted and said she wanted to go home. When asked her name, she said: “I think my name is Kim Crowley.”

Officials said they could smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from her breath. Police then spoke to the husband of Crosier-Crowley, Jeff Crowley, who said his wife had been drinking in their house before she went out.

Jeff Crowley let police inside his home where they saw “many open containers of beer in the kitchen.” Crosier-Crowley was arrested and was later released on $5,000 bail.
