A 14-year-old girl was arrested and charged with attempted murder after hiring two men to kill her father, according to a report by the New York Daily News.

The girl claimed that her father raped her, according to police reports in New York.

Michael Joseph said that his daughter kissed him good night an hour before two men armed with butcher knives attacked him.

His 14-year-old daughter allowed the killers to enter the Flatbush apartment, and gave them kitchen knives in order to stab her father to death in his sleep.

The teen convinced the men that her father raped her, one of the suspects told police.

Joseph, 53, said that he woke up after a knife blade was plunged into his throat.

Joseph somehow survived the attack despite being stabbed him in the face, chest, neck, arms, legs and back.
The daughter and the two men were seen on surveillance video leaving the apartment building together.

Joseph denied the allegations of sexual abuse.

A judge in Brooklyn banned the teenager from having any contact with her father at home, at work, or by phone, text and email.

She was arrested and charged with 34 offenses, including attempted murder.

Ricardo Leveillez, a boyfriend of the teen, was arrested for attempted murder and remains in Rikers Island on $250,000 bail.

The third suspect remains on the run.
