(Scroll down for video) A woman in Florida, was robbed at gunpoint. The thieves took off with her car, and left her stranded.

After stealing the woman’s car early on Wednesday morning, the carjackers gave the victim a pink box cutter so she can walk home safely on the dark streets of Orlando, according to a report from the police.

Epper Jessica, 19, called police at 3:35 a.m., and said that she got lost while driving.

She stopped the car to enter her home address into her GPS system.

While doing so, a black man and a white woman, came up and started talking to her.

After talking for a few minutes, the man took a large black handgun, and pointed the gun at Epper. The carjacker ordered her to get out of her Honda Civic. The two thieves drove off, according to a report from the Orlando Police Department.

As they were driving away, the suspect threw a box cutter at the victim and shouted: “Here, take care of yourself,” according to Epper.

The victim then ran from house to house knocking on doors until someone answered and allowed her to call 911.

Police took the pink box cutter as evidence, and it was later given to a to crime scene specialist for fingerprints processing.

In a statement, police said that they are investigating the incident, noting that “there are some possible inconsistencies in the statements of the victim.”

While declining to detail the inconsistencies, police said: “it is believed that the victim’s car was stolen, however, the details of those circumstances are under review.”
