(Scroll down for video) A man wanted to avoid punishment for sexual harassment against his coworker, so he agreed to call and apologize to the woman for his actions.

The 45-year-old motel manager in Taiwan, who was identified as Yo, was accused of sexually harassing his female coworker, a married woman.

The woman claimed that Yo made inappropriate sexual advances toward her and asked her to have sex with him.

According to the 30-year-old woman, Yo walked up to her and hugged her from behind.

He then asked her to come with him to another motel to have sex.

He reportedly offered to forgive a $7,000 loan he made to her.

After the woman filed a complaint with her boss, the manager admitted that he could not control himself, especially when he sees couples coming to his motel to have a “good time.”

The boss agreed not to press charges if he apologized to the woman and if it never happens again.

However, when he called the woman at her home to apologize, the woman’s husband overheard the conversation.

He was unwilling to forgive the man for trying to sleep with his wife.

The husband called the police and the couple filed a sexual harassment claim.

Yo was found guilty of the sexual harassment and was sentenced to 50 days in jail. He also received a fine of $1,700.
