Police found him there, handcuffed to a pole. Kansas City police said that the teenager was weak and dehydrated and was shivering on the cold cement floor. The teen told police that his father and stepmother, put him in the basement because of his behavior problems.

The teenager's parents have not been charged with any crime.
Police said that the teenager has been kept in the basement for the past few months. The father however claimed that the teen was in the basement just for the past few weeks.

On Thursday, the judge ruled that 17-year-old will remain in protective custody with his foster family for now.

(Scroll down for video) A gang of Muslims destroyed thousands of Jewish owned vines in the West Bank, causing thousands of dollars in damages in an apparent "Price Tag" attack, according to press reports in Israel.

By Aryah Savir

Tazpit News Agency For

Some 3,000 vines, situated near Shiloh in Samaria, were destroyed over the past few days. The vineyards are visited every few days during this season, so the vandalism was discovered only this morning. The damage is estimated at 200,000 NIS.

Footprints leading to the Arab village of Kutzrah were discovered by IDF trackers during their initial investigation. About a year ago, a 1/4 of an acre was destroyed in the same vineyard.

Itamar Weiss, a worker at the vineyards, told Tazpit News Agency: "This morning we discovered the difficult scene of some 3,000 destroyed vines. Unfortunately, this is the not the first time we are experiencing such incidents. We expect these crimes to be treated with the same force that crimes throughput the rest of Israel are treated and investigated.

This is the fourth time this vineyard has been targeted in the past years, and that testifies to the fact that such crimes against Jewish owned property are not dealt with properly, even though it is known were the perpetrators come from."

Israeli Police issued the following statement: "This morning a complaint regarding the destruction of 2.5 acres of vineyards owned by the Achiyah Farm was received. An investigation has been launched to reveal those involved."

This incident is one of many attacks executed by Arabs against Jewish agriculture and farming in Judea and Samaria. In the beginning of November, Tazpit News Agency reported that a herd of some 400 goats was stolen from Avraham Hertzlich, a farmer from Benyamin.

Erez Ben Sa'adon's olive grove, situated near Shiloh, was vandalized at around the same time. Many of the trees were uprooted or cut down, and the irrigation system was damaged. About a month ago, 70 heads of sheep were stolen from a pen in Sussia. That was not the first time this pen was hit.

The fire occurred the night before the couple was supposed to be in family court to decide the custody of their children, according to local press reports.

Mick Philpott, 56, had strange living arrangements with his wife and his mistress as they all lived in the same house.

Philpott lived in a house with his 31-year-old wife, Mairead Philpott, their children, as well as with his 29-year-old mistress, Lisa Willis, who was the mother of four of his children. The mistress had a total of six children.

After the six children were killed in the fire, police arrested Philpott, his wife and his friend Paul Mosley, 46, who is believed to be in on the plane. They all pleaded not guilty to six counts of manslaughter.

Prosecutors claim, that Philpott, began his evil plan of revenge of his ex-lover by filing a police report claiming that Willis, was threatening to kill him, his wife and the children. Prosecutors believe that he called police in order to "set up" Willis, according to court proceedings.

By: Eva Fett

(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested and charged with assault related charges after setting his girlfriend on fire during an argument, according to court proceedings in Georgia.

Police said an argument between the couple, who live in Columbus, took a violent turn when the man left his girlfriend on fire.
The victim was trapped in the fire long enough to receive second and third degree burns on the hands and face.

Robert Williams, 35, is in jail, charged with aggravated assault and battery. Police said that he poured lighter fluid on his girlfriend Valleri Smith in the bedroom of her apartment located on Havenbrook Court, then set her on fire.

Neighbors said after emergency crews arrived, they could tell right away that this was not a normal fire.
"I saw all the fire trucks and stuff. Later I found out what happened, I thought, why should this have happened when it could have been solved differently?" A neighbor told a television news station.

"I feel that if she was going to leave, he should have just left. I did not even know they were fighting," another neighbor told the television news station.

The shutters of the apartment window deformed and melted, which shows the amount of heat that the fire must have caused.
Smith, 44, was burned so badly, she had to be rushed to a hospital in Atlanta. Her family said she was released from surgery.

She is currently being treated at the burn center in Augusta, Georgia. Smith remains in critical condition.
A judge set Williams’ bail at $100,000 and is still in jail.

Siblings criticized after returning lost bag of money to rightful owner

Ryan and Katie Moi
By: Eva Fett

(Scroll down for video) Two siblings were shocked one day when the find a bag with thousands of dollars just laying on the road, according to press reports in Oregon.

Ryan and Katie Moi have been the talk of the Eugene, Oregon, community this week because they found $13,000 in cash on the street and turned over the windfall to its rightful owner.

Moi Ryan, 25, told a television news station that they have received a lot of praise, but not everyone was so congratulatory.
"We've had mixed reviews, you know, people say we should have kept it, we've made a mistake, they told us that no one would have known if we decided to keep the money," he said.

The two stumbled upon the money one afternoon last week. They were traveling along the busy Coburg street in Eugene, when they saw a bank deposit bag on the road. They stopped, opened it and saw a thick stack of hundred-dollar bills inside, Ryan said.
"We were speechless for about three or four minutes, our hearts racing, but both of us thought that someone had probably lost it," he said.

Their father, Erik, lived nearby, so they took the money to him because they thought he would know what to do with it.
Erik Moi said he was in the shower when his children came by. "I heard them coming inside the house and screaming, 'Dad, we found $13,000,’" he said.

In addition to the cash, the bag contained a sheet indicating the total amount of cash and checks payable to Reliable Credit Association, a company based in Oregon. Reliable has an office not far from Erik's house and he happened to know the manager, so they all took the money over there that afternoon.

"I said, 'Kyle, you're missing something?’ I handed over the bag and he was just a little white,” Erik Moi said.
Reliable rewarded each of the siblings with a Visa gift card of $200, Moi Ryan said, adding that he and his sister have received job offers. Someone who read about what happened had bought Katie Moi, 21, a new MacBook.

However, not everyone in town had praise for the two. Several people have told the siblings that they are very stupid for returning the found cash, according to press reports.
