(Scroll down for video) Iranian religious Muslims were busy dressing up Michelle Obama recently, according to photos uploaded to the internet.

Apparently, missile launchers and stealth fighters are not the only things that keep Iranian photoshoppers busy these days. A revealing first lady Michelle Obama, Oscar dress, had some digital work done in order to meet the standards of Tehran Muslims.

Obama wore Naeem Khan shiny number in the White House to announce the winner of Best Picture, "Argo," a thriller based on a CIA operation to rescue U.S. citizens in Iran after the revolution.

Apparently, Michelle Obama’s dress revealed too much skin so the semi official Iranian Fars News Agency, added sleeves and covered up her chest for their online news reporting of the event.

By: Moses Gold

A female judge is facing punishment after she was caught fooling around with a prison inmate inside prison, according to press reports in Indiana.

The Indiana judge and lawyer faces disciplinary charges over allegations that she had a sexual relationship with a client during their legal meetings in prison.

The Indiana Judicial Qualifications Commission has presented three disciplinary charges against Lisa Traylor-Wolff, a senior judge serving in Pulaski and Fulton counties.
Senior judges, who work part-time filling in for trial judges, are lawyers, who are also allowed to represent their clients.

Traylor-Wolff was appointed to represent a 26-year-old man, who has been convicted of felonies and sentenced to time in the Miami Correctional Facility near Peru, the commission said.

While representing the client on appeal, Traylor-Wolff began an affair with the man, engaged in inappropriate conduct with him in a sitting attorney-client visiting room in prison, the commission said.

Traylor-Wolff has 20 days to file a response to the charges. If a violation is found, she could face penalties ranging from a reprimand to a permanent ban from holding a judicial office in Indiana.
The Indiana Supreme Court has the final authority over judicial discipline.

Traylor-Wolff appears as counsel on the website of Leeman Law Office in Logansport. She did not ask to be recertified as a senior judge in 2013, the commission said.

One romantic guy was arrested for releasing heart-shaped helium balloons while with his girlfriend.

Anthony Brasfield, 40, launched a dozen heart-shaped balloons in the sky over Dania Beach, Florida, with his girlfriend Shaquina Baxter.

Brasfield and Baxter, were in the parking lot of a Motel 6, when he released the balloons and watched them float on Sunday morning.

His girlfriend appreciated the romantic gesture, but Florida Highway Patrol were not happy. Instead, officers arrested him on charges of an environmental crime. Brasfield was charged with polluting to harm humans, animals, plants and more under the Florida Air and Water Pollution Control Act.

Shockingly, this little known law has been used many times in the past few years.

(Scroll down for video) The horse meat scandal that engulfed Europe last month seems to be widening after another popular retailer’s meat was found to contain horse meat, according to press reports in the United States.

Swedish furniture giant Ikea said it is pulling meat balls from its stores in 21 European countries, amid concerns that they could contain horse meat.

The move on Monday comes after authorities in the Czech Republic said it had detected horse DNA while testing packages of frozen meat balls labeled as beef and pork.

Ikea spokesperson Ylva Magnusson told the press that the stores in the 21 countries that have been using the same supplier of Swedish meat balls will remove their inventory from their shelves.

The spokesperson also said that the recall affects most European countries, but not Russia and Norway, which use local suppliers. She added that Ikea stores outside Europe are not affected.

Billy Ray Harris, a beggar in Missouri, attracted national attention earlier this month after returning the diamond ring. The inspiring story quickly went viral and Sarah Darling, the grateful owner of the ring, created a fund to raise funds for Harris, along with her husband to show their appreciation. We collected more than $130,000 and we will personally be giving the funds to Harris.

"I'm not sure how you ended up in your situation, but after what I've seen you do, I'm definitely sure that you are an honest person" Volanda Shields, a donor who gave $1,000 to Harris, wrote. "I saw the news the other day and it brought tears to my eyes because I thought what many others would have done," she also wrote.

Darling and her husband, Bill Krejci, are in close contact with Harris and continue to share how they are inspired by him and how others have responded to the story.

"Words cannot express what it feels like to be part of something like this," Krejci wrote.
But Harris, who was raised by his grandfather said that the decision to return the ring was obvious and he actually does not think that his actions deserve much attention.

Woman admits to leaving her little children to die on the road

Katie Stockton in court
By: Shifra Unger

(Scroll down for video) A woman was arrested and charged with murder related charges after she left three of her children to die, according to court proceedings in Illinois.

The Illinois woman believed to be the mother of two children found dead in the trunk of a car that was seized by police admitted Thursday to letting another baby freeze to death along a rural road about five years ago.

After reaching an agreement with prosecutors, Katie Stockton of Rockton pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in the death of the infant known as Baby Crystal, who authorities believe was the daughter of Stockton.

Winnebago County State Attorney, Joe Bruscato, agreed to drop other charges in the case, which had been set to go to trial Monday.

After Stockton was arrested in the death of baby Crystal investigators discovered that her car had been sitting in an impound lot for a year. They towed the car to the Sheriff Department facilities in Winnebago County, in order to find more clues in this case and instead found the remains of two other infants wrapped in a cloth and put in separate plastic bags.

Authorities said that DNA evidence found that Stockton was probably also the mother of the two children. She has not been charged in those deaths.

Stockton was originally questioned in the death Baby Crystal many years ago after the newborn’s frozen remains were discovered in a plastic bag along a dead end road near the home of her parents. Prosecutors said that when detectives interviewed Stockton hours after the discovery, she lifted her shirt and asked if it looked like she had just given birth.

Stockton refused to give a DNA sample, but detectives investigating the death collected evidence off of a cigarette butt that saw her discard. Authorities said that the saliva matched with the clothing found with Baby Crystal and Stockton was arrested.
Bruscato said subsequent tests showed Stockton was the mother of the baby with a 99.96 percent certainty.

Stockton faces up to 60 years in prison when she is sentenced next month.

New law allows women to decide if father can have role in child's life

Newborn babies
By: Shifra Unger

(Scroll down for video) A new law now allows women to decide if the father can play any role raising the child, according to press reports in Michigan.

This is a story about a man who did something that many people may not agree. He had a long term relationship with a married woman. The question however is should that prevent him from having a role in the upbringing of the child born out of wedlock?

In this case, a new state law gave women the power to choose if the biological father will be allowed to have any role in raising the child.

With respect to children born out of extramarital affairs, the Paternity Act which came into force last summer gives the mother the power to choose who will raise the child. If she wants to cut the biological father out of the equation she can and that's what happened to Aaron Grimes. Grimes believes the law has gone too far.

Grimes said it was one of the happiest days of her life, holding his son moments after he entered the world 15 months ago.
"Having a child is not something I take lightly. It's a responsibility and that is a responsibility that I want," Grimes said, adding that he was looking forward to meeting his child from the beginning. "I was excited and she was very excited," he said.

Shawnita VanHook-Williams, is the mother of his child. The two met in 2007 and Grimes said it was love at first sight. But she was married. After the child was born VanHook-Williams decided to go back to her husband and cut out the father of her child. Grimes went to court but quickly lost his case due to the new law.

French Jewish security service reports 58% increase in anti Jewish attacks

Security forced patrolling Jewish neighborhood in France
By: Ryan Lee Hall

A Jewish organization in France has warned that the Jewish community faces a sharp rise in attacks related to an increased hatred towards Israel, according to press reports in France.

Last year saw an increase in anti-Semitic acts when compared to 2011, of 58 percent in France, according to new figures released this week by the Service Protection of the Jewish Community or SPCJ, with 614 incidents compared to 389 a year earlier.

A quarter of all attacks were physical attacks, which rebounded 82 percent. Most physical attacks were committed with firearms in a worrying trend that doubled from the previous year.

The SPCJ concluded that 2012 marked a year of unprecedented violence against French Jews, with 96 violent incidents recorded compared to the previous record of 83 in 2008, which coincided with the last Israeli incursion into the Gaza Strip. 2009 also saw a spike in incidents coinciding with the Second Lebanon War.

Among the most high profile of these incidents, the French Jewish community was the subject of two attacks in less than 6 months, including the one perpetrated by radical Islamist, Mohammed Merah, against the Ozar Hatorah school in Toulouse, which resulted in the deaths of four Jews, three children and a school teacher. Another attack was against a Jewish deli in the Paris suburb of Sarcelles.

In response to the latest figures, Richard Prasquier, president of the French Jewish umbrella organization CRIF said that for some people, especially children, walking into a store, a school or a subway can be a source of anxiety and sustained psychological trauma and urged that the rise in anti-Semitism must be at the center of the national political debate.

By: Ryan Lee Hall

(Scroll down for video) A prestigious university in the United Kingdom will vote this week on whether to join the Israeli boycott, according to press reports in the United Kingdom.

Students of the University of Oxford this week will vote on a controversial move to boycott Israel, after a tumultuous week that has seen the hate mail increase, accusations of racism and leaving a furious debate by parliament member George Galloway, who stormed off saying he does not recognise Israel.

The Oxford University Student Union, will meet on Wednesday to finally decide on a motion on whether to support the boycott of Israel, their companies and institutions.

The motion, will be submitted to the National Union of Students conference in Sheffield in April, in which students are asked to join the boycott, divestment and sanctions or BDS, to protest Israel's treatment of Palestinians and its attempt in blocking the creation of a Palestinian state.

Both the proposer and seconder of the motion have received threatening emails. The seconder withdrew its support and the proposer has requested that her name not be disclosed.

The BDS movement calls for a boycott of Israeli exports, including vegetables, fruits and beauty products from the Dead Sea, as well as companies that do business in Israel, such as Caterpillar, security firm G4S and transportation management company Veolia. Some BDS supporters have disrupted cultural events related to Israeli artists.

Last week, OUSU schools gave a period of two weeks to discuss the issue after most were unable to reach a decision.

KFC location in Indonesia
By: Debbie Gross

U.S. fast food restaurant are facing new rules in Indonesia, that undermine the fast growth of U.S. companies in the market, according to press reports in the United States.

Yum! Brands Inc., which owns the restaurant chains KFC, and Pizza Hut, along with other fast food companies may be forced to slow store growth in Indonesia, the fourth most populous nation, due to government rules to protect local small businesses.

In terms of income, Yum Brands Inc., is focusing on growth overseas, particularly in China and Southeast Asia. A new rule that went into force will limit franchisees to 250 service outlets, where fast food sales increased 15 percent in 2011. U.S. fast food restaurants may be restricted from openings new locations in Indonesia, thereby slowing the growth.

"It will probably slow things down quite a bit," one restaurant expert, said. "This is going to be a stumbling block for Yum, which already has 700 locations in Indonesia,” he added.

The Indonesian Trade Minister, Gita Wirjawan, announced this month the new rule, with some exceptions, in an attempt to protect small and medium sized businesses. KFC, is the top U.S. fast food chain in the Asian nation with 32 percent market share.
"Our local franchise will continue to work with authorities on the guidelines," a spokesperson for Yum Brands, said.

Father still pays child support for son who died 25 years ago

Lional Campbell
By: Eva Fett

(Scroll down for video) A man was left shocked after learning that he was paying child support for a child that has been dead for more than two decades, according to video uploaded to the internet.

The son of Lional Campbell, Michael, died at the age of three from acute meningitis.

"his death hurt me a lot,s Campbell, who is from Detroit, Michigan, and now lives in Kentucky, said. The distance made it even more difficult for Campbell to wage a fight with the Wayne County Friend of the Court on child support that Campbell said he is still paying child support for Michael, after all these years.

A spokesperson for the Friend of the Court said that nobody ever notified them of the boy's death until Campbell began to ask why he still owed child support in 2011 for a child who had died at the age of 3 years 25 years ago.
For years, Campbell never questioned the child support payments to the Friend of the Court because he thought the money was for an older child.

The older son was born seven years before Michael and is now 34-years-old.
Believing that his payments should have ended by now, Campbell asked why the payments had not stopped.
He said that he was told that the payments were for back child support for his son Michael.

Campbell went to Detroit to show the court a death certificate that Michael died in 1988, but said he was told he still owed about $43,000 for Michael.
Campbell asked for several audits. Every time he was given a smaller amount. He was then told that he owed a little under $20,000.

Campbell said that even employees of the Friend of the Court were baffled.
"The woman said: ‘how can you owe child support for a child who has been dead for 23 years?’ I said: ‘I do not know,’ and I said: ‘let's do another audit.’"

Court officials called it a regrettable error and said that such cases are isolated.

(Scroll down for video) A hunter was arrested and charged with manslaughter related charges after he shot and killed a man he mistook for bear, according to court proceedings in Oregon.

Now, the hunter from Oregon, has been found not guilty of manslaughter in the shooting death of a Marine reservist from California.
The jury deliberated for about two hours Friday, before rendering their not guilty verdict for Eugene Collier.

Collier, 68, was the last witness to take the stand. He told the jury he was shooting to kill when he fired the .270 caliber bullet that killed Christopher Ochoa, 20, in French Camp, California, near Silver Falls State Park.

Collier was hunting with his 12-year-old grandson and said he was sure he was shooting at a bear.
"I made a terrible mistake. It was a tragic accident, I did not mean for it to happen," Collier said. "I'm sorry,” he added.

He and his wife met with members of the Ochoa family privately after the trial ended. Neither family spoke to the media after the verdict.

Collier testified Friday that was about 100 yards from his target when he realized that he had killed a human being.
"I was shocked," he recalled. "I thought the only person there was my grandson. Then I realized that he was not dressed like that," he added.

His grandson heard the shot from his position and came running.
Collier's lawyer, Jeff Jones, told the jury that the evidence pointed to a tragic accident.
"Sometimes bad things happen to good people when accidents happen," he said. Apparently the jury agreed.

Bartender fired after alerting police of drunken driver

Drunk driving
By: Eva Fett

A woman thought she did the right thing after alerting police of a drunk driver until she was fired, according to press reports in Ohio.

An Ohio bartender said that she was fired from her position after alerting police to a drunken customer who left her bar in his vehicle.

Twyla DeVito, who worked at the American Legion in Shelby, told a local television news station, that when she saw Mike Ramey, who is a regular at the bar, was drunk when she arrived for work last week.

When Ramey left the bar, she called police and warned them about a drunken driver at the wheel. Shelby Police Chief Charlie Roub said that officers stopped Ramey and he blew a .167 on a breath test, more than twice the legal limit.

DeVito said that her boss called her two days later and said that she was fired for being bad for the business.
"If every customer who comes here has to worry about the police waiting for them when they leave, the place would be empty," Mic Hubbard, her boss, told the television news station.

Hubbard added that he believes that DeVito did the right thing morally.

Pennsylvania college chapel hosts masturbation class for students

Sex education at U.S. colleges
By: Moses Gold

If your children studied at a Pennsylvania college, they will know how to masturbate like a pro, according to press reports in Pennsylvania.

A couple of sex educators traveling across the country are teaching college students how to masturbate to achieve maximum pleasure. These educators now set their sites on Allegheny College in Pennsylvania.

The Pennsylvania liberal arts college’s Ford Memorial Chapel students met with sex educators Marshall Miller and Kate Weinberg, who advise students how to play better with themselves and others to reach orgasm.

The chapel, built in 1902, houses the Catholic mass and other non-denominational weekly services at the private University of Pennsylvania. But the educational event, called "I Heart Female Orgasm", took over the headquarters, where they were shown a variety of masturbation techniques.

"There are people who find masturbation and orgasm during adolescence, while some people find out later than that," Weinberg said. "There are people who find out sooner than that. As preschoolers. I was part of the latter category," Weinberg added.
The University Chaplain, meanwhile, defended the location of the event, describing it as responsible. A campus spokesperson said the event offered a great message.

Miller and Weinberg made headlines last month when it was reported that students at the University of Minnesota would have the opportunity this spring to attend a symposium promising female students to achieve multiple intense orgasms.

The event was organized by the student government and Allegheny Reproductive Health Coalition Allegheny College, along with young feminists, Queers and allies. The research was funded by student activity fees, according to the report.
