A man was arrested and charged with misusing a police telephone system related charges after calling police numerous times asking for weed and food, according to a statement released by Florida police.
Florida police said they arrested the man accused of calling police 80 times because he wanted them to deliver to his home Kool-Aid, burgers and weed.
St. Petersburg police said that Jarvis Sutton, 34, allegedly called the emergency number 80 times on Sunday and the arrest report said that he told officers he "wanted Kool-Aid, burgers and weed to be delivered to him.”
Sutton, who was arrested on charges of misuse of the 911 system, allegedly bit foam attached to the metal cage in the back of a police car during his arrest.
“I suspect that the man was already high on drugs before calling police. I hope the judge sends him to a drug rehab program,” Elizabeth Hill, 21, of Tampa, Florida told YourJewishNews.com after learning about the crazy phone calls.
Sutton was jailed in lieu of $150 bail.
