(Scroll down for video) Identical baby quadruplets were caught on video laughing uncontrollably while sitting at their conference type table, according to video uploaded to the internet.

The babies were sitting around a conference table that was custom built just for them, and these quadruplets of South Carolina thought that their father is quite the comedian.

Whenever their father, Steve Mathias, shakes his head up and down, the babies, Emily, Anna, Mary Claire, and Grace, burst into uncontrollable fits of laughter.

When their mother, Allison Mathias, reveals that she is recording everything, the babies calm down a bit.
But not for long.
A little persuasion of their father is all these munchkins have to return to their shrill giggle.

“I saw the video and had a pretty good laugh. I don’t know how the parents are taking care of the four babies, all at once. it must be very difficult. I hope they are receiving lots of help from family and friends,” Edna Bradley, 59, of Providence, Rhode Island told after watching the video of the quadruplets laughing with their father.

This sister quadruplets are quite rare. They were conceived without fertility medication. The chance of having identical quadruplets is one in about 15 million.

These statistics have brought national attention to these sisters. They won $250,000 after sharing a laughing baby video to America Funniest Home Videos television show.

The sisters have been featured on "Oprah", "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and the Discovery Health Channel documentary entitled "Super Quads".Mobile video not loading? Click here to view

Man burns his wife's face for being too beautiful

Janet Mwihaki
By: Moses Gold

(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested, charged, convicted, and jailed on assault related charges after burning his wife’s body because she was too beautiful, according to court proceedings in Kenya.

The Kenyan man burned his wife for being too beautiful after being married for over two years.

John told a Kenyan court that he abused his wife because she cheated on him on several occasions, a charge Janet denied saying that it was he who broke the marriage vows with his infidelity.

John also told the court that his wife found men because she is too beautiful.
The victim of domestic violence, Janet Mwihaki, a citizen of Kenya met her fate after giving birth to their third child.

Mwihaki said that her husband began to change after the birth of their third child. Janet then decided to separate from her husband.
After a year of separation, Janet returned to Nairobi to work as a trader.
One night, John burned his wife's face, hands and breasts, disfiguring her.

Police advised her to report the incident to police if she sees him again. She did, and then is when she called police who arrested and charged John with assault related charges.
John received a 10 year prison sentence.
According to the prison guards, John is now a changed man and because of his good behavior, he could be released early.

“Why would such a cruel man be released from prison so quickly after a court handed down a 10 year prison sentence? What is wrong with the prison guards in that particular prison? The government should suspend those guards and prison officials just for thinking about releasing such a violent man back into the street where he could hurt more innocent people,” Carmen Duncan, 60, of Syracuse, New York told after learning about the man who burned his wife for being too beautiful.Mobile video not loading? Investigation shows French television fabricated Palestinian boy's death igniting second intifada

Mohammed al-Dura with his father
By: John Roberts

A new report showed that French television fabricated a report of a Palestinian boy’s death which further ignited the second Palestinian uprising in the year 2,000, according to a statement released by Israeli government officials.

Israel has conducted an investigation of a French television report more than ten years ago, which claimed that Israeli forces killed a Palestinian child in a shootout with Palestinian militants, saying the video was misleading and unfairly blamed Israel.

Images of France 2 network on September 30, 2000, days after a Palestinian uprising broke out, allegedly showed the death of Mohammed al-Dura, huddled with his father during the shootout between Israeli forces and Palestinian militants in the Gaza Strip. The circumstances remain in dispute.

A government report released Sunday raises questions about the role of Israel. it said that al-Dura was shown alive at the end of the raw video France 2 had in its possession.

The child has become a symbol for Palestinians accusing Israel of using excessive force. Israel said the video has been used by the militants as an excuse to attack Israelis.

“This is the most irresponsible reporting I have ever seen from a television station. The station should be held responsible for all the deaths their false claims caused both for the Israelis and the Palestinians. Israelis and Palestinians need to learn from this not to believe everything they see on television,” Larry Fox, 32, of Jerusalem, Israel told after learning about the new investigation.

Doctor arrested for performing false penis enlargement procedures

Penis enlargement cream
By: John Roberts

A doctor was arrested after he charged men to enlarge their penis, but in reality he did nothing.

Police in South Africa are cracking down on doctors who falsely claim they are able to enlarge men’s private parts.

Police believe that doctors are targeting insecure men who want to be bigger and better. An undercover operation by Tshwane Metro Police led to the arrest of one penis enlargement doctor who had no licence to practice. During the investigation, officials ordered the cream off a leaflet distributed in the city, in which the doctor claimed it would enlarge the manhood.

When the doctor arrived with the miracle product, he was arrested. When officers went to his office, they discovered severed goat heads oozing blood in a bucket. Scams include fake doctors who sell illegal creams that may contain harmful ingredients. The advertisement claimed a guaranteed "increase" of 3 to 5 full inches "within days."

“Well, women spend a lot of money on aging creams and other beauty products that may or may not help, maybe the doctors decided to target men with creams as there is too much competition for women’s product,” Gary Diaz, 42, of Johannesburg, South Africa told after learning about the arrest.

Recently, seven people were arrested for putting up penis enlargement posters in Johannesburg, in violation of local statutes.

The fight against the penis enhancement products, could be a difficult fight as there are many such products claiming great results. There are many products such as pills, pumps and creams flooding the South African market.

Israel named top exporter of drones after selling $4.6 billion

Israeli drone
By: Sarah Weiss

The biggest seller of drones was named, but surprisingly, it is not the United States, it is Israel.
Israel was named the world's largest exporter of drones, in terms of the number of systems sold, according to a study released recently.

In the past eight years, Israel has exported $4.6 billion in unmanned aerial vehicles.
Unmanned aerial vehicles, or drones, made up almost 10 percent of Israel's military exports.

Israel had $150 million in exports of unmanned aerial vehicles in 2008, which increased significantly in 2009 to $650 million. Exports of small surveillance aircraft peaked in 2010, a record year for sales of drones, to $979 million.

In 2011, exports of unmanned aerial vehicles fell to $627 million, and in 2012 it fell back to $260 million.
When service agreements are included, the figures would increase by about $100 million per year.

“As Israel becomes a leader in military aircraft it might persuade some neighboring countries to sign peace agreements with Israel, maybe even Saudi Arabia, as they will want to keep up with world military advances,” Gary Weaver, 59, of Rochester, New York told after learning about Israel’s drones position.

Israel is considered a powerhouse in the field of unmanned aircraft.
More than half of the exports of unmanned aerial vehicles of Israel from 2005 to 2012 went to Europe, according to the report, with a particularly high number of aircraft delivered to Britain.

Drones were also sold to Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Azerbaijan, India and Spain.

Woman arrested after performing surgery on a cat

Ashley Guldager
By: Shifra Unger

Police were called after a woman had performed surgery on a cat, and it died in the process.

Ashley Guldager, 21, of Oregon, was jailed Monday after police found a dead cat tied to a makeshift operating table surrounded by jumper cables, scissors, a knife and a damp sponge.

According to police, officers were dispatched to a residence in Milwaukee, after Guldager’s roommate came home to find a horrific scene in their downstairs bathroom. The woman apparently stole her neighbor's cat and strapped it to the operating table, killing it.

Investigators said that the roommate entered her residence Monday to find her neighbors nine-year-old cat strapped to the makeshift operating table. The cat, named Mama Kitty, was found partially shaved and seemed to have been operated on, according to the arrest report. The neighbor told police that their cat had been missing for three days before it was found dead.

The animal was surrounded by a number of items including a 12 inch knife, a set of jumper cables, a razor, a pair of scissors and a damp sponge. A light was found hanging over the cat's body, suspended by a bungee cord. A necropsy later determined that the animal died of asphyxiation.

Guldager is single, unemployed and had been living on a couch upstairs inside the residence during the past month. During interviews, Guldager said she was possessed and that Satan told her to kill the cat.

“She should be banned from ever having an animal in her care after she tortured and killed the cat,” Nicole Clark, 21, of San Diego, California told after hearing about the incident.

Guldager was booked into jail on charges of aggravated animal abuse and first-degree robbery of an animal. Her bail was set at $100,000.

President of Venezuela announces he is Jewish

Nicolas Maduro
By: Shifra Unger

(Scroll down for video) In shocking announcement, the President of Venezuela said that his grandparents were Jewish.

The new president of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, has scoffed at accusations that the country's leadership is hostile to Jews, and explained that he himself is Jewish.

Maduro, who has elected as the leader of Venezuela after the death Hugo Chavez said his grandparents were Sephardic Jews and that his government is only critical of Israeli policy and holds nothing against the Jewish people.

Caracas has been accused of anti-Semitism in recent years, especially after the Chavez government forged close ties with Iran and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

Chavez himself also stoked controversy after state media and supporters of Chavez tried to discredit the challenger, Henrique Capriles, in elections last year because of his Jewish heritage. Capriles, who ran against Chavez in presidential elections last year, is the grandson of Holocaust survivors.

A director of the Anti-Defamation League said Chavez and his government used anti-Semitic rhetoric and divisive political tools against Jews, with Chavez pumping out a number of conspiracy theories, including accusing the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad of trying to kill him.

“This is definitely good news for the Jewish community in Venezuela and the Jewish community around the world. Perhaps the government of Venezuela will now back away from its anti Israeli agenda which took center stage during the Chavez administration,” Matisyahu Cole, 28, of Albany, New York told after learning about the Maduro announcement.Mobile video not loading? Rapper sexually assaulted by female fan live on stage

Rapper Danny Brown
By: Ryan Lee Hall

(Scroll down for video) A rapper was sexually assaulted while performing live on stage.

The rapper claims there is a double standard when a man is assaulted by a woman.

Rapper Danny Brown, 32 of Detroit, Michigan, became famous after his concert in Minneapolis on Friday, when a female fan came on stage pulled his pants down and performed oral sex on him. Brown was playing at the Triple Rock Social Club as part of The Old & Reckless tour, when he allegedly began inviting random girls to touch him through his pants.

One girl took it to the next step and sexually assaulted him on stage during a concert, the rapper claims the incident was “without consent.” Brown has been widely criticized for the incident which he claims was sexual assault by the white girl. Brown is on tour with fellow rapper Kitty Pryde. The hip-hop artist was in middle of a song when the unidentified woman came over and pulled his pants down.

Brown allegedly continued singing throughout the ordeal.

Pryde, whose real name is Kathryn Beckwith, wrote a letter defending Brown while expressing his outrage at what she considered sexual assault. "I'm mad that someone thought it was okay to pull down someone else's pants during a performance in front of about 700 other people," Pryde wrote. "I'm mad that someone thought it was a good idea to perform a sexual act on another person without their consent. I'm angry because nobody forced her to leave," she added.

In the letter, Pryde expressed her anger at the double standards of sexual assault when a woman sexually assaults a man.
"Everyone wants to blame Danny, because people cannot accept the fact that a white girl raped a black guy in front of a lot of people," Pryde, who is a white woman herself, said.

“I don’t think we should blame authorities for not taking the sexual abuse allegations seriously, since the alleged assault happened in front of many people and no one stopped the woman. To me its sounds more like a publicity stunt then an attack,” Thomas Wilson, 22, of Minneapolis, Minnesota told after learning the circumstances of the alleged sexual assault.

Brown, 32, is reportedly known for his highly sexualized lyrics, and often has fans offering him sexual favors on social media.

Children watch as both parents drown while on vacation

Kathreen Ricketson and her family
By: David Ross

While on a year-long road trip, a couple drowned in front of their children.

A woman had a deal of a lifetime, she was to make money by taking a road trip with her family and then write a book about her trip.

Kathreen Ricketson, was a writer and photographer, who had been writing about her family's experience on the road. She had signed a contract to write a book called “Family Road Trip.”

"Our journey will take us with our camping trailer around Australia for a year, as the children will be home-schooled. Rob and I will be working on the road. We have power, internet and laptops, we will be able to work from almost anywhere," Ricketson wrote on her blog.

Kathreen Ricketson, 41, and Robert Shugg, 48, of Canberra, Australia had been camping with their two children on the beach in Elle, Australia when they went to take a swim one afternoon. Their two children, a 13-year-old girl and a 10-year-old boy, were at the beach with other campers, when they realized their parents were in trouble.

The couple's 10-year-old who saw the two face down in the water called for help. Police spokesperson Dominic Wood said people on the beach initially thought the pair were snorkeling when their were seen face down in the water.

The couple's son called for help after he realizing that his parents were in trouble when he entered the water to swim with them and saw them face down. When the couple did not respond to calls from their children, they called for help. Ricketson was pulled to shore and campers tried desperately to save her life.

"While they were trying to save the life of the mother, they realized that the father did not move in the water," officer wood said. They tried to save him, but he disappeared under the water.

“I cannot imagine the pain of these children, one moment they were on a dream vacation, the next moment their world collapsed, as both parents died in front of their eyes, how devastating,” Jennifer Colby, 31, of Tasmania, Australia told after hearing about the death of the couple.

A search is underway to find Shugg, with police divers, a search plane and volunteers on the beach.

Israeli hiker hospitalized after being attacked by sheep

Palestinian man with his sheep
By: David Ross

Hikers beware! Watch out of the sheep as they can attack you.
A 56-year-old Israeli hiker, was injured Saturday afternoon after an angry sheep attacked him.

Emergency workers from Magen David Adom responded to the scene, gave the injured hiker first aid, and rushed the man to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center located in the Israeli city of Hadera, while the sheep escaped.

The attack happened in the early hours of the morning, as the man embarked on a trail along the Shvil Israel. On the trail, not far from Kfar Qara along Route 6, the hiker suddenly came face to face with an angry sheep that attacked him for unknown reasons, attacking him in the torso.

The victim managed to reach for his phone and call police for help.
The man was listed as conscious and in stable condition.

According to the hospital, the man suffered from fractures to his lower body. At present, the reasons behind the attack of the sheep are being investigated, including the possibility that the man in some way threatened the sheep.

Sheep, one of the first animals to be domesticated by man for thousands of years, are considered very friendly animals. In addition, most people consider sheep shy, lacking even the most basic ability to defend themselves.

“I never knew that a sheep can attack a person. I guess that I will now be afraid of sheep,” Golda, Sapirstein, 32, of Jerusalem, Israel told after learning about the sheep attack.

Incidents of people being attacked by sheep are very rare. The last time a person was attacked by a sheep in Israel was in April 2009, when a sick sheep bit a 12-year-old child in the West Bank.

Iran hangs several Israeli and U.S. spies

By: David Ross

Iran has killed several people it deemed a threat to its regime, according to statements made by Iranian public officials.

Iranian officials said that the authorities have executed two men convicted of spying for Israel's Mossad and the U.S. intelligence agency CIA.

Specifically, Mohammad Heidari, who was accused of providing classified information to the Mossad in exchange for money, and Kourosh Ahmadi, who allegedly gave the CIA intelligence on Iran, were hanged.

Officials did not reveal when the men were arrested and charged, or when they had a trial.

Iran occasionally announces the dismantling of U.S. and Israeli spy networks in the country and announces arrests of people on charges of spying.

Tehran accuses Israel and the U.S. of spying on their vital interests, particularly its nuclear program, which the world suspects is aimed at producing an atomic weapon. Tehran denies the charge.

“Having spies on the ground in Iran is extremely important to the United States and Israel, I hope future spies will be more careful not to get caught,” Edna Hamilton, 33, of Keene, New Hampshire told after learning about the execution of spies.

Israel and the U.S. have not ruled out a military option against Iran's nuclear facilities.

Several Palestinians arrested after intentionally setting fires in the West Bank

Jewish woman watches fire near her home
By: David Ross

Palestinian were running wild in the West Bank over the weekend intentionally setting fires near Jewish settlements, according to a statement released by Israeli police.

By Aryeh Savir

Tazpit News Agency For

Israeli residents of Judea and Samaria experienced an extremely violent weekend. They were subjected to numerous terror attacks perpetrated by Muslims throughout region.

Arab arsonists took advantage of the dry and hot weather this weekend and ignited brush fields in several locations in an attempt to cause damage to homes and property or to destroy agricultural produce. At Amona, Arabs set fire to fields surrounding the community. At Hashmonaim a similar fire was started.

Two Arab minors were arrested by the IDF in Samaria in suspicion of starting yet another fire. They were released by the police after their personal information was taken. During the Shabbat afternoon a fire was ignited near Beit El. Israeli and Palestinian firefighters worked together to extinguish the fire.

In Elazar in Gush Etzion three Arab youth infiltrated the community on Shabbat eve. The civilian-based Rapid Response Team (RRT) was alerted. The youth were caught and taken for questioning. A similar incursion occurred in Carmei Tsur. Three suspicious figures were identified laying an object on the community fence. More forces were called in to augment the surrounding security.

Multiple incidents of stone throwing attacks were recorded throughout Judea and Samaria. As a response to this escalation the IDF had authorized it forces to use the small caliber 0.22 Luger sniper rifle to stop rioters. Five rioters have been wounded by such fire so far. Near Eli several cars were hit by rocks. A few of the passengers were lightly wounded, one with a head injury. He was taken to the hospital.

In a similar incident, dozens of Arabs marched on a community near Amona called Hill 904. They attack the community every Friday, throwing stones at the homes. Two Israelis were arrested during the incident by the Border Police in suspicion of the throwing stones at Arabs.

They later said they'd rather defend themselves with stones rather than using live fire. No Arabs were arrested. An attorney from Honenu, a legal aid organization which offers legal assistance to soldiers and civilians who find themselves in legal entanglements due to defending themselves against Arab aggression, was dispatched to defend the arrestees.

A Honenu spokesman stated that: "Minister of Justice Tsipi Livni and Minister of Internal Security Aharonowitz's are shamefully obsessed with graffiti (i.e. alleged 'Price Tag' actions) and its definition as an act of terror, while ignoring the threat the residents of Judea and Samaria incur daily, and as a result the police and army know who the 'real' terrorists are and who are merely engaged in their hobby, to kill Jews." The two were released a short while before Shabbat.

Funeral home offers one last bicycle ride before being laid to rest

Bicycle hearse created by Wade Lind
By: Debbie Gross

(Scroll down for video) Was your loved one a bicycle lover? If so, you can treat your loved one to a final bicycle ride before being laid to rest at one funeral home, according to a statement released by a funeral home in Oregon.

Wade Lind shows off a 7-foot bamboo coffin at his business, Sunset Hills Funeral Home.
"When a person is inside there, it is so delicate looking," Lind said about the dead in the coffin.

Lind Funeral Home offers eco-friendly burials, which he calls an alternative to cremation.
If you do not want to burn fossil fuels on the way to the bicycle hearse in the United States.
Each year, Lind said, his funeral home sees more demand for these coffins that resemble baskets.

This is a one of a kind creation, and cost thousands of dollars cheaper than a traditional metal coffin.
Sunset Hills Cemetery & Funeral Home, offers traditional funeral products and services.
They also offer a bike as a hearse.

The bicycle hearse took two weeks to design and build, Lind said.
"It took a little getting used to, since it does not handle itself like a normal bicycle," he said. "It's very long, and you have to really think about the turns. And of course, you are carrying it on your back,” he also said.

With 120 pounds of metal and another 150 to 300 pounds of dead weight, the bicycle hearse can be quite the burden. Lind said he solved the problem last fall with an electrified bicycle hearse.
"I added a motor to help me up and down the hills and give you that extra boost," Lind said.

“This is definitely a unique way to be laid to rest. Some people are very concerned about the environment so their loved ones would certainly choose a bicycle hearse to lay them to rest instead of the fuel consuming limo so as not to pollute the world,” Edith Wood, 32, of Dover, New Hampshire told after learning about the bicycle hearse.

The trip and the coffin together cost about $3,500. It is a fraction of the cost of a traditional funeral. So far, Lind has bicycled five bodies to their final destination, and now there is a waiting list.Mobile video not loading? Click here to view

Woman stabs her boyfriend because he farted in her face

Deborah Ann Burns
By: Ryan Lee Hall

(Scroll down for video) Attention guys! Think twice before you fart even in your own apartment because you might get stabbed by your angry girlfriend.

A drunken Florida woman stabbed her boyfriend with a 8 inch knife after he farted in her face during an argument, according to a statement released by police in Florida.

Deborah Ann Burns, 37, allegedly stabbed her lover of six years, Willie Butler, 53, while watching television in their apartment last week.

Burns told police officers that they were fighting for cash when Butler got up to go to the kitchen and farted in her face.
She confronted him and it got ugly, with Butler allegedly throwing a knife at her, which missed.
Burns allegedly grabbed the knife and threw it back at him. The knife hit Butler in the stomach.

She ran off, before returning to hit him with a stick on his left arm.
The police arrived to find a bleeding Butler, who was so drunk he could not give a statement, standing in front of his mailbox.

“We can all agree that Butler did an ugly thing by farting in Burns’ face, but that is no reason to stab a man. She should have just broken off the relationship if she did not like his farting,” Emma Kelly, 38, of Concord, Massachusetts told after learning about the man who was stabbed after farting in his girlfriend’s face.

Burns, who denied stabbing Butler, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
She remains in custody with bail set at $50,000.Mobile video not loading? Click here to view

Pictures of bent over Manhattan residents for sale after being secretly photographed

New York City resident photographed bending over
By: Ryan Lee Hall

(Scroll down for video) If you live in New York City make sure to shut your window shades, if not, your private photos may end up for sale to the public as art, according to angry residents in one luxury New York City apartment complex.

Residents of a luxury building in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan are furious with a new exhibition of photos in a Chelsea art gallery, because they had no idea that they were being photographed.

From his second-floor apartment, artist Arne Svenson secretly took photos of his neighbors through the large windows, i which they can be seen doing personal things such as bending over cleaning, taking naps and carrying their sleeping kids to bed.

The shots, now sell for up to $7,500 each at the Julie Saul Gallery in an exhibition entitled "Neighbors", which opened on Saturday.
Residents of the Greenwich Street building, in which an apartment can cost up to $6,000,000 are fuming.

One father, Clifford Finn, who declined to say whether he was in the exhibition, said: "A grown man should not be able to photograph children in their rooms with a telephoto lens. You can argue artistic license all you want, but that's really the problem here. Sorry, but I am very concerned about this."

Another resident said that some of the people featured in the exhibition, especially those with children, are considering legal action.
Svenson, 60, said he does not regret taking and selling the photos.

“I am very disturbed after seeing the photos this man has taken. Who knows what other type of photos he may have? As far as I know, he can have photos of children showering naked. The police need to raid his apartment and seize all his photos,” Pauline Barnes, 45, of New York City told after learning about Svenson’s photo exhibit.

However, not everyone agreed with Barnes. “If you don’t want to be photographed then don’t stand in front of your giant windows for all the world to see. That is what window shades were made for. These people have no one to blame but themselves,” Monica Watson, 39, of New York City told

Experts in privacy law said that residents will have a problem winning their case in court because their faces are not fully visible.Mobile video not loading? Click here to view

Plane caught on video making belly landing in Newark New Jersey

U.S. Airways plane after making belly landing
By: Ryan Lee Hall

(Scroll down for video) A plane was seen on video making a dangerous belly landing in Newark, New Jersey, according to video uploaded to the internet.

A U.S. Airways official said a plane, with 34 people on board, was forced to make a belly landing early this morning at Newark Liberty International Airport after experiencing landing gear problems. No injuries were reported.

The turboprop plane, which was operated by Piedmont Airlines, departed from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania before 11:00 pm on Friday to make the short flight to Newark, U.S. Airways spokesperson Davian Anderson said.

He said that tower operators tried to help the pilot solve the problems after the landing gear remained in a retracted position. After a couple of attempts to correct the problem, the decision was taken to proceed with a belly landing.

Sparks flew during the belly landing, but the pilot managed to keep the aircraft on the runway and the wings leveled.
The 31 passengers and three crew on board were evacuated and bused to the terminal.
Anderson said U.S. Airways believes that the mechanical problem was an isolated problem.

“It is a true miracle that no one was even slightly injured, not to mention that sometimes, belly landings turn out to be deadly as the airplane just explodes. The passengers and crew were extremely lucky this time. They will however, have to deal with nightmares for a long time,” Emma Richardson, 44, of Nashua, New Hampshire told after watching the video of the belly landing.

The National Board of Transportation Safety is investigating the incident.Mobile video not loading? Click here to view

Customers murder chef after serving bad meal

Chef Miki Nozawa
By: Eva Fett

A chef was murdered after serving several customers a bad meal, according to a statement released by police in Germany.

In a tragic turn of events, the German authorities are investigating the death of a Japanese chef after a fight with two customers who complained about their food in the small German resort island of Sylt, which is a popular destination for the rich and famous.

Miki Nozawa, 57, died Monday of a brain hemorrhage after a fight with two men at a nightclub near his restaurant on the island.
The men refused to pay for a plate of fried rice with vegetables and meat because they thought their food was not prepared properly.

“it is very disturbing when a chef can be killed like this over a dispute. I think the government should allow chefs to arm themselves against lunatic customers who are capable to kill over every little thing that goes wrong,” Esther Ward, 45, of Portsmouth, Massachusetts told after learning about the Nozawa murder.

Nozawa was also described as a "celebrity chef" who had worked in Berlin.
The chef specializes in Japanese-Italian fusion cuisine and had previously worked at the exclusive restaurant "Billionaire" on the Italian island of Sardinia.

Police are investigating two suspects, a 36 and a 50-year-old.

Mother names all her 15 children Walter after her husband

The 15 siblings named Walter
By: Eva Fett

How do you manage when you are in the same room with another person with the same name? Now, imagine having 15 people in the same room with the same name.

When Erotides Brandao, a Brazilian woman, became pregnant for the first time, she and her husband agreed to name their daughter Walterlucia, as a tribute to her husband, Walter.

The same theme continued for another 14 sons and daughters, and to date all of the children are named with some variation of Walter.
“He wanted to put his name on all of our children," Brandao said last year. She was 88-years-old at the time.
To simplify things, the couple decided to add traditional male and female names at the end of Walter.

Their names are: Walterlivia, Walterlenia, Walterlonia, Walterlacia, Walterluzia, Walterluana, Walterangelina, Waltersilviana, Walteremanuel, Walterluis, Walteroliver, Waltermarcelo, Walterfernando, and Walterlicinio.

''I did not know that we will have so many children, but I never knew how to say no to my husband,'' Brandao said.
Unfortunately, Walter died in 2003 at age 81. He would be proud to know that 33 of his grandchildren are also named Walter.

“This is definitely a weird arrangement. If I would have wanted to name all my children with the same name I would at least divided up the name into two so the children would be able to choose how they wanted to be called. I think that all being named Walter made life difficult for them when growing up,” Carrie Henderson, 46, of Manchester, New Hampshire told after learning about the 15 children named Walter.

Venezuela supermarkets run out of toilet paper

Venezuela toilet paper runs out of toilet paper

(Scroll down for video) If you ran out of toilet paper then you ran out of luck as supermarkets have no toilet paper in stock, according to a statement released by government officials in Venezuela.

Venezuelans have been affected by the chronic shortage of toilet paper leading to empty supermarkets and long lines to seize the remaining rolls.

When additional toilet paper arrive at the supermarkets people immediately come and fill their carts.
The country is accustomed to shortages of basic foods such as milk and sugar, but even by the standards within the country, the toilet paper shortage has caused substantial consumer panic.

One woman, 70-years-old, said she had been trying to find toilet paper rolls for two weeks before the locating some rolls in a supermarket in Caracas. Maria Rojas said: "Even at my age, I have never seen this."

Another customer in the same supermarket, Maria Perez, said: "There is a shortage of everything including butter, sugar, and flour." She added: "There was never a toilet paper shortage."

President Nicolas Maduro, who was chosen after Hugo Chavez died, said it's all just a conspiracy to destabilize the country.
However, the government has committed to import an extra 50 million rolls of toilet paper to cope with the demand.

The Minister of Commerce, Alejandro Fleming said "excess demand" for the tissue had accumulated due to a "media campaign that was generated to disrupt the country."

He said the monthly consumption of toilet paper was usually 125 million rolls, but the current demand "leads us to believe that 40 million more are needed."

"We will bring in another 50 million rolls to show the groups that they will not destabilize the country," he said.
Economists say the shortages of certain consumer products in Venezuela are derived from price controls designed to make commodities available to the poorest parts of society, and because of government controls on foreign currency.

“This is a scandal. It is unbelievable that a modern country like Venezuela should run out of a basic item like toilet paper. Perhaps Venezuelans did make a mistake voting for another socialist leader whose policies contribute to shortages of basic goods,” Carrie Bennett, 47, of Lowell, Massachusetts told after learning about the Venezuela toilet paper shortage.

"I've been looking for toilet paper for two weeks," Cristina Ramos said. "They told me they had some here and now I'm in the line," she added.

Many factories operate at half capacity because currency controls make it difficult for them to pay for imported parts and materials.Mobile video not loading? Click here to view

California bacon restaurant shut down after smelling like bacon

Bacon Bacon restaurant

(Scroll down for video) A California bacon restaurant was shut down by authorities because it smelled like bacon, according to a statement released by the San Francisco Department of Public Health.

The popular Upper Haight bacon restaurant must close its doors on Friday after months of failed negotiations with neighbors after the restaurant was too smelly.

Officials of the Department of Public Health said that the Bacon Bacon owners, located at 205A Frederick Street, have had months to address these and other concerns. However, after its failure to do so, the restaurant must close its doors.

"We allow companies to operate for a certain time while going through a change of ownership," Richard Lee, program director of environmental health regulation of the Department of Public Health said. "They did not meet the deadline," he added.

The announcement has generated a groundswell of support online for the restaurant, including an online petition for Bacon Bacon with over 1,600 signatures from Bay Area residents who support the operation. Owner Jim Angelus said he is overwhelmed by the support.

In August, the restaurant received a notice that it did not have the proper health permits, according to the letter from the health department of the city instructing cease operations. That letter gave the restaurant 75 days to resolve the problem.

A public hearing must take place before Bacon Bacon can resume operations, but a hearing cannot be scheduled until the summer, officials of the Department of Planning said.

Angelus said he has tried to meet with the neighbors to address their concerns since last year, but the parties could not reach an agreement.

“The government has stepped over the line with this shut down. The neighbors are being unreasonable here. How should a bacon restaurant smell? Like fish? If neighbors don’t like the smell of a restaurant they can move to a residential only neighborhood,” Elaine Ross, 48, of Salem, Massachusetts told after learning about the Bacon Bacon Restaurant shut down.

Ted Loewenberg, the president of the Haight Ashbury Improvement Association, said his association is not opposed to small business, but businesses have to play by the rules.Mobile video not loading? Click here to view

Waitress receives $450 tip on $5 bill

CeCe Bruce gets $446 tip
By: Moses Gold

(Scroll down for video) The woman couldn't believe her own eyes when she saw the staggering amount left to her as a tip on the receipt.

CeCe Bruce has received several large tips in her life, but nothing like the one she received this week.
CeCe works in the Steak n’ Shake restaurant in Indianapolis, Indiana.

She said: "I was having a difficult time waiting another table, but kept smiling and going.” That was when one of her regulars did something that surprised her.

When CeCe went to the table to take a credit card she glanced at the receipt. “At first I thought it was $46, and I said: ‘Miss Jo, that's very generous!’"

Miss Jo actually left her a much larger tip.

"When I looked again I said 'Oh my God, Miss Jo, I'll can’t take that!’ And she said: ‘Yes you need to take it' and I said: ‘no’ and she said: ‘You have to,’” CeCe said.

The total bill came to $5.97, and the tip was $446.
"I did not think I was worth $450, but, you know, she feels that I am,” she laughed.
CeCe, who goes to school part time at Martin University, said the tip could not have come at a better time.

"Pay bills, paying bills on time, that's what I'm definitely going to do," CeCe said.
She was not the only one in the restaurant wearing an extra big smile.
Manager Lindsay Banack said: "We have seen how everyone cheered up a bit, it just makes me feel good about humanity."

“Waiters and waitresses work very hard as they work mostly late night hours. Most waiters and waitresses receive little pay and they depend on tips from customers. People need to realize this. I am very happy for her,” Emma Sanders 49, of Springfield, Massachusetts told after learning about the large tip.

As for Miss Jo? CeCe barely had a chance to say thanks.
"She's very sweet and did not want any friendly gratitude. She signed the receipt and walked out the door," CeCe said, adding: "Miss Jo, I love you and I thank you very much!"Mobile video not loading? Click here to view
