(Scroll down for video) A police officer was arrested and charged with assault related charges after he pepper sprayed a pizza pie that ultimately sickened five people, according to police reports in California.

Orange County Police said that a deputy faces jail time after being accused of pepper spraying a teen’s pizza without his knowledge during a traffic stop last year.

Juan Tavera, a six-year veteran of the Sheriff's Department of Orange County, faces a year in jail if convicted of pepper spraying the pizza and ultimately sickening five people who ate it, according to a statement from the Orange County District Attorney's Office.

Tavera, 30, reportedly arrested a 19-year-old named as John Doe for a traffic violation, when he noticed a pizza in the back seat and pepper sprayed it without notifying the teen, the statement said.

The teenager returned home to share the pizza with four friends, and the five people became ill as a result of ingesting pizza contaminated with pepper spray. The teen became suspicious and notified the sheriff's department on his interaction with the deputy, the district attorney's office said.

Tavera is charged with misdemeanor assault by a public officer and is set to be arraigned Monday in Newport Beach.
The officer is currently on paid administrative leave.

A busy highway was shut down by police after animal parts were found dumped on the road, according to police reports in Washington.

Washington State Police said that animal parts were dumped on Interstate 5 Thursday night, and that police were directing traffic away from the scene during the cleanup period.

The spill forced the closure of two northbound I-5 lanes at the Joint Base Lewis-McChord military base, about 10 miles south-southwest of Tacoma. A front end loader was called to the scene to remove the animal parts, and traffic was blocked in both lanes for several hours.

"I know this does not look good, but trust me, it smells even worse!" Washington State Police spokesperson Guy Gill said.
At 7:30 pm, the spokesperson said that the truck driver, who lost the animal parts, will be fined for failing to secure the load of a truck. However, it is still unclear why the animal parts were in the truck in the first place.

A man was arrested and charged with trespassing related charges after he was caught sleeping on another man’s car, according to police reports in Florida.

Fort Pierce Police said that a man, Pedro Garcia, broke with convention, and chose to sleep on top of a car belonging to another local man.

At 1:25 am, police ran into the sleeping man after being sent to an address in the 700 block of El Rancho Drive. There had been a report of an intoxicated man sleeping on top of another man’s car.

When an officer arrived, the man, in fact, was sleeping on the car.
The vehicle owner told police that the man rejected his requests to leave and continued to sleep.
The statement did not say whether the man was sleeping on the trunk, on the roof or on another part of the vehicle.

The sleeping man, who smelled of alcohol, identified himself as Carlos Gonzalez.
"He said he lives on the street, but could not explain why he was sleeping on the car," the arresting police officer said.
The sleeping man, who was not asleep at the wheel, led police to a nearby house.

A person at the house told police that the man’s real name is Pedro Garcia, not Carlos Gonzalez.
Then, the man told the deputy his name is indeed Pedro Garcia.

Garcia, 24, of the 700 block of El Rancho Drive, was arrested on charges of trespassing, resisting an officer and obstruction without violence.

(Scroll down for video) Taking a driving test can be stressful as everyone wants to get it right the first time.

Many people have failed their driving test, sometimes more than once or twice. As embarrassing as it is to fail, most people try again until they get it right.

However, one woman from South Korea, might not get another chance. Definitely not with this instructor. The woman failed her test and it's easy to see why. She did not follow instructions and flipped the car just seven seconds after she started driving.

The video below was taken by a dashboard camera. It shows the car starting to move and then quickly veering off the road, rolling on its side before completely flipping over. The driving instructor repeatedly yelled at the woman, who clearly failed to heed his instructions as she continued to drive to the side of the road.

According to a YouTube user, who translated the conversation between the woman and the driving instructor, this is how their conversation went.

Driving Instructor: "Brake, brake, brake, brake. Oh s***. What do we do, what do we do."
That is when the car stops and starts turning on its side.
Woman: "What do I do? What do I do?"
Driving Instructor: "Goddamn it! I said 'press the brakes'. What are you doing not even knowing which pedal you are pressing? I am going to go crazy. Get out of this car."

(Scroll down for video) A woman will spend 10 years behind bars for having sex with an underage boy, who lived with her.

Jenna Van Delden, 25, slept with a 13-year-old up to 30 times over a period of four months.

The teenager ran away from his house and had been reported missing by his family. Police were tipped off that the boy was living with Delden at her home in Great Falls, Montana.

When police went to her house, they found the teen hiding under a bed. Van Delden was arrested. She was initially charged with harboring a runaway and custodial interference.
When she was released from prison, she contacted the boy and suggested that they run away together.

When police learned of the situation, they interviewed the teen, who admitted to having sex with the Van Delden. During interviews with detectives, the 13-year-old gave specific information about Van Delden’s body, which he could only have known if he had an intimate relationship with her.

Van Delden admitted to being in love with the 13-year-old. Her charges were upgraded to having sex with a minor.
Later, Van Delden pleaded guilty to the charges of having sex with a minor at a court in Great Falls.
She showed no emotion when she was sentenced to 10 years in prison without any recommendation for parole.

Judge Sandefur also ordered Van Delden to pay restitution of more than $4,000 and she has to register as a Level 1 sex offender, which indicates that she is at risk of reoffending.
