By: Shifra Unger

(Scroll down for video) A rocket was fired towards the Israeli city of Eilat, but thankfully, the Iron Dome missile defense system successfully intercepted it, according to video uploaded to the Internet.

Two people were treated for shock as al-Qaeda members allegedly attacked Israel.
Emergency services reported that two people were being treated for anxiety attacks. There were no reports of property damage.

Eilat residents said they heard the sound of an emergency siren shortly before 1:00 am, followed immediately by two explosions. The army and police have combed the area for more landing sites.
Ansar Bayt Al-Maqdis, a Sinai-based group affiliated with al-Qaeda, has claimed responsibility for the attempted attack.

On Saturday, the group has issued a statement saying its fighters were the target of a drone strike Friday in the northern Sinai Peninsula, which Egyptian security officials said unidentified attackers killed five suspected Islamic militants and destroyed rocket launchers.

The group said that four of its members were killed while preparing to fire a rocket against Israel. The rocket squad leader has escaped, the statement said.

The Israeli army has installed an Iron Dome battery in Eilat last month. The battery has been deployed at the peak of the tourist season, for fear the city could become a target of rocket attacks.

Married sheriff deputy arrested after performing sex acts on his friend’s 14-year-old daughter

Maxwell Blanchard
By: John Roberts

(Scroll down for video) A Missouri sheriff's deputy was arrested and charged with rape related charges.

Maxwell Blanchard, 41, who is married and has a family of his own, was arrested by police in Belton, Missouri for second-degree statutory sodomy on a family friend’s 14-year-old daughter.

Blanchard, who is a member of the Cass County Sheriff's Office, is accused of performing sexual acts on the 14-year-old girl, who was visiting his family.
The victim's mother told police that her family went to a gathering at the Lake Pome De Terre on the weekend and the Blanchard family was also at the gathering.

The teen chose to go home with the Blanchard family to watch a movie with the deputies children. The next day, the mother discovered messages on her daughter’s phone, which prompted her to call the police.
The text messages indicated that Blanchard had performed sex acts on the girl. After a subsequent search of the victim's phone, additional sexually explicit messages have been recovered.

In one of the messages, Blanchard told the teenager to delete all messages between the two of them, and in another message, the officer indicated that if the incident would be publicized his life is over.
Blanchard’s bond was set at $25,000 cash.KCTV5

New York doctor offers free cosmetic procedures to anyone who finds him a good Christian woman

Dr. Emil Chynn
By: Sarah Weiss

(Scroll down for video) A New York doctor is looking for Mrs. right and he is offering cash and cosmetic procedures as a reward to anyone, who sets him up on a date.

Dr. Emil Chynn, 47, who runs a successful ophthalmologist practice called Park Avenue LASEK, is offering free plastic surgery to anyone who manages to set him up with the girl of his dreams.

Dr. Chynn might be the most picky bachelor in New York. He wants a specific type of girl. He is so specific as to what he wants down to the skin color and dress size.

Dr. Chynn had already tried traditional and professional matchmakers. Even after paying tens of thousands of dollars to them and offering to make a $10,000 donation to the person’s favorite charity in exchange for a romantic introduction, Chynn has yet to find his dream girl.

But he's not the type to give up easily, he has come up with a plan to get simple folks to help him find his dream girl.
He recently attended a networking event where he exchange business cards with all participants. After compiling an extensive mailing list from the business cards, he sent out a mass email to all new contacts with the details of the strange reward system.

Here are the details of Dr. Chynn’s reward system. If you set him up with a girl and he agrees to a first date, Chynn will pay you $100 in cash. If things go well, and they go on a second date, the matchmaker will receive $200 cash or a free eyelash-enhancer Latisse treatment. On the third date, he will pay $300 or a free Botox session. If they go on fourth date, the person will receive $400 or a free Juvederm injection. On the fifth date, he will perform a free Lasek surgery on one eye which is worth $2,000 or $500 in cash.

Sounds like a good deal, especially if you know a lot of single women, but wait, here are 47-year-old Dr. Chynn’s requirements for him to even consider the woman.
She must be between 27 and 35-years-old, she must be white, and skinny size 0 to 2. She has to have a college degree. She cannot have children, but must be willing to have children with him. She must love dogs.

She must be in good health, no smoking, no drugs, and no drinking.
She must also be a good Christian woman, and she must have spent at least six months outside the U.S.
"These are my strict parameters, they are not flexible," he wrote in the mass email.

As you can imagine, the results so far have been disappointing. Since he sent out the mass emails, he had only two suggestions both of which he refused because they did not meet all his requirements. Good Luck doctor.

Oklahoma man’s online porn addiction leads police to recover stolen church computer

Troy Ridling
By: David Ross

(Scroll down for video) An employee at a church called police after their computer was stolen.

Later, an online porn blocking site called the church to let them know that someone was trying to cancel the porn blocker, leading police to the home of the thief.

Troy Ridling, 29, of Owasso, Oklahoma, was arrested for stealing a computer from his church.

Police were called to the First Assembly of God in Owasso, to investigate the theft of a computer. According to police, there were no signs of forced entry and nothing was missing other than the computer, leading police to believe that it was an inside job.

The Owasso Police investigation did not look promising, considering that there were no witnesses, and no fingerprints.
All police had was a theory that it had to be someone, who was familiar with the church. This did not lead to any suspects, as many people are welcome into the church.

One day, the church received a call from a software company, Covenant Eyes, who reported that someone was trying to watch pornography on one of their computers.
They also told the church that Ridling called them directly and asked them to disable the porn blocking software that was on the computer.

Covenant Eyes denied his request, and ultimately helped police locate Ridling. Police were able to track down Ridling through the cell phone he used to call the software company.
When police showed up at Ridling’s house, he denied stealing the computer. He also denied that he tried to watch porn.

But officers found the computer, which belonged to the church in his bedroom.
Ridling was arrested and charged with burglary and possession of stolen property.

'Elevator Girl' becomes big mall attraction

Cheridel Alejandrino
By: Moses Gold

(Scroll down for video) People have been flocking to a mall just to see the “elevator girl.”

Cheridel Alejandrino, also known as Cherry, seemed to be an ordinary woman, who cleaned the restrooms of the mall.

Occasionally, Cherry was asked to fill in as the “elevator girl.”
The job of the elevator girl is to operate the elevator by pressing buttons in order to take people to the floor they want to go. Yes, that is actually a job at one Philippines mall.

Cherry seemed like an ordinary woman, but that was until she started welcoming people in the elevator.
Cherry took her job very seriously, with her bubbly personality and willingness to help shoppers, she welcomed everyone with a smile. She would sometimes sing or dance in order to make people smile.

People enjoyed the elevator ride with Cherry and many would take videos of her during the ride. Some even uploaded their video to the internet. Soon, Cherry became famous and beloved by all.
Some teenagers said they loved Cherry’s smile and friendliness. They also said that they just rode the elevator up and down a few times just to see her interact with customers.

One person, who goes by the name Landzist commented on the video: “I like the way she shook her hips at 0:47 (in the video below) when the elevator opened. All but praise for her. She has the enthusiasm and sense of humor that makes her beautiful inside and out.”

In an interview, Cherry said that she always wanted to be a teacher, but her family could not afford to send her to college. Despite the setback, Cherry said she is always dedicated to her job.
When people walk into the elevator she greets them warmly and she answers their questions. She also gladly gives people directions.

“She is so friendly and informative that she tells people what there is on each floor. She really goes beyond her duties,” one shopper said.
On Tuesday, she was recognized by the mall for her wonderful work. She was presented with a plaque of appreciation by the mall.

Rare medical condition repeatedly sets baby on fire

Baby Rahul
By: Eva Fett

(Scroll down for video) A family was left baffled after their newborn baby repeatedly caught on fire.

The three-month-old has been burned four times so far, and was treated for the burns.

The baby’s mother, Rajeswari, was overjoyed when she gave birth to her second child, a healthy baby boy. Baby Rahul joined his parents and sister, who is 2-years-old.
However, 9 days after Rahul was born, his mother suddenly found him on fire, literally, and ran to put out the flames.

"People thought I deliberately set him on fire," Rajeswari said. The mother, who is from Nedimoliyur, a village in India, was brokenhearted over the accusations and her inability to help her newborn son.

After the baby suffered three similar incidents where he caught on fire and suffered burns, the mother took him to the Kilpauk Medical College Hospital, where the baby is being treated for extensive burn wounds.

At the hospital, doctors discovered that the baby is suffering from an extremely rare condition called Spontaneous Human Combustion.
Researched found that in the last 300 years, 200 cases of Spontaneous Human Combustion were reported.

The last known case was of a 73-year-old man, who lived in Wales, England. He died in 1995 after catching on fire while he was sleeping.
In the pediatric intensive care unit where baby Rahul was admitted, doctors have placed a bucket of water and a fire extinguisher near the baby's bed in case of an emergency.

Doctors said they are teaching the parents how to take care of their baby’s illness. Doctors are explaining what situations can cause the child to catch on fire. "We had to teach them to avoid the sun and specify which type of clothes he cannot wear," Dr. Narayana Babu said.

Another Palestinian baby born from sperm smuggled out from Israeli prison

Sharif Nazzal
By: John Roberts

(Scroll down for video) A Palestinian woman claims that she became pregnant and gave birth to a baby after her husband’s sperm was smuggled out from an Israeli prison.

Salam, who is the wife of Jordanian prisoner Sharif Nazzal, gave birth to a boy on Monday in Nablus, the third case of a baby being conceived with smuggled sperm.

The baby, named Sharif, weighs 1.9 kilos or 4 and half pounds, and was born in the Razan Medical Center in Nablus.
Dr. Salem Khaizaran, managing director of the clinic, said Sharif was healthy and the baby is now considered an "ambassador of freedom."

Nazzal was sentenced to 20 years in prison. He has served seven years.
Last month, Lida al-Rimawi gave birth to a healthy baby boy, Majd, weighing 2.8 kilos or 6 pounds, at the Razan Medical Center.

Majd was conceived through IVF after her husband’s sperm was smuggled from an Israeli prison.
Last year, Dalal Rabayaa, 31, gave birth to a boy at the Razan Medical Center.

She declined to give details of how she received the smuggled sperm, citing security concerns.
"This achievement is dedicated to the Palestinian people, namely, the prisoners and their families," she said at the time.
There are 16 women who have become pregnant by sperm smuggled from Israeli jails, hospital officials said.

Politician quits race after saying Jews believe in Jesus, Islam is a country

Stephanie Banister
By: Ryan Lee Hall

(Scroll down for video) An aspiring politician quit a race in Queensland, Australia, after saying that Jews believe in Jesus, and that Islam is a country among other laughable things.

Stephanie Banister was widely mocked after her train wreck interview, which has since gone viral and led to Sarah Palin comparisons.

While discussing her views on immigration, she also confused the Arabic word haram, meaning forbidden, with the Koran, and said that Jews follow Jesus.

"I am not opposed to Islam as a country, but I do feel that its laws should not be welcome here in Australia," Bannister said.

"Less than 2 percent of Australians follow haram. Jews do not follow haram. They have their own religion that follows Jesus Christ," she also said.

The blunders led to the withdrawal of her candidacy for the nomination of the right-wing nationalist One Nation party, that gave her their "full support."

"With the television station edited my interview, I looked like a fool," Banister said in a statement.
"I would like to apologize to the nation, to my friends and my family for any embarrassment this has brought to them," she also said.

The 27-year-old also faces charges after participating in a campaign of vandalism against Muslims.
She is accused of putting stickers stating: "Caution: Halal food funds terrorism," on Nestle products at her local Woolworths supermarket.

Oorah slapped with lawsuit after harassing employee because of his U.S. military service

A popular Jewish charity organization known of spending large amounts of money on advertisements was slapped with a lawsuit after company executives harassed an employee because of his service in the U.S. military, according to a lawsuit filed in court.

A Clifton, New Jersey man hired as company lawyer has filed a lawsuit in state court alleging that he was subjected to a hostile work environment because of his military service obligations.

Stephen Schwartz has sued a number of companies all run by the same management office based in Lakewood, according to the lawsuit. He was hired under a two-year contract to serve as a lawyer. The defendants named in the lawsuit, which was filed Monday in State Superior Court in Paterson, are Oorah Inc., Kars4kids and J.O.Y. For Our Youth.

Schwartz has sued the defendants under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, harassment, discriminatory discharge, retaliation and breach of contract. He is seeking compensatory damages, plus attorney's fees.

Schwartz was hired in September 2012, in a two-year contract "terminable only by showing good cause.” At all times during his employment, he was in the U.S. military. In October 2012, Schwartz notified the director of human resources of his status in the National Guard and the need for leave. He told the human resources director that he would retire from his military registration if the defendants provided him with health care coverage.

The human resources director, advised Schwartz that "we can not tell the CEO that you are in the army. He will think that you are disloyal. He will be upset that you did not say this in the interview."

In April, Schwartz was called to a meeting with the company president Alwyn Gordon and human resources director Dina Stern. "Gordon told the plaintiff that the defendants would not have hired the plaintiff if they had known of his military service. During the meeting, Gordon spoke to the plaintiff aggressively and in a degrading manner. Thereafter, the plaintiff was treated in a hostile, intimidating and abusive manner,” the lawsuit states.

On June 25, Gordon presented Schwartz with a document stating that his contract would be terminated.

Hitler wines spark international condemnation

Hitler themed wine bottles
By: Anav Silverman

(Scroll down for video) A company selling Hitler themed wines has been slammed by the international community, according to a report by the Tazpit News Agency.

An Italian winery selling a line of Nazi and fascist wines has outraged both tourists and Jewish human rights organizations. Under the label known as the Historical Line, the winemaker Vini Lunardelli’s series celebrates the lives of such personalities in world political history including Che Guevara, Churchill, Napoleon, Marx, Mussolini, and Hitler.

The Hitler label features over 20 different images of Adolf Hitler – more than any other leader in the wine series featured on the company’s website - in various salutes and poses with Nazi slogans such as Heil Hitler and Mein Kampf. Other Nazi figures that the Vini Lunardelli wines feature is Rudolf Hess and notorious SS Officer Heinrich Himmler, who organized mass murder of Jews during the Third Reich.

A Norwegian couple vacationing in northeastern Italy this week said they were shocked to find the controversial wines being sold there, according to a report in the Daily Telegraph. And an American couple, Matthew and Cindy Hirsch, in northern Italy, were also disturbed to find the wines sold in a local Italian supermarket during a vacation last year in Garda. Cindy Hirsch’s father was a Holocaust survivor, whose parents and other family members were killed in the Auschwitz concentration camp.

“I was shocked,” Mrs. Hirsch told the Daily Telegraph last year. “It is not only an affront to Jews, even if my husband and I are Jewish. It is an affront to humanity as a whole.”

After the Norwegian couple initial shock a week ago, the LA-based human rights group, the Simon Wiesenthal Center, released a statement denouncing the selling of these wine products and called for their boycott.

“The Wiesenthal Center denounces the marketing of these products and urges wine distributors in Italy and around the world to send the only message the owner of this firm might understand that they choose not to do any business with someone using the Nazi mass murderer as a blatant marketing tool.”

The Wiesenthal center has been protesting the selling of the Hitler wines since the line came out in 1995.
Half of the Vini Lunardelli company's wine production is dedicated to the Historical Line which has 50 different historical personalities and has become a cult object among collectors according to the company's website.

The website also notes that the Historical Line has garnered the wine company a lot of attention "from the media all over the world both for the originality of the idea and for the quality of wines."

The direct manager and creator of the line at the wine company, Andrea Lunardelli, told Tazpit News Agency, that the Historical Line started off as a joke in response to a request from one of the company's customers and that now the company sells many bottles.

“But we never want to do politics or to eulogize Hitler and his men or Mussolini or to offend someone,” Lunardelli responded in an e-mail to Tazpit on Monday. She also added that most of the buyers of the Hitler wines are German, but that there are orders from Austria and Eastern Europe as well.

Lunardelli also stated the Italian wine company, based in Udine, had removed Nazi symbols like the swastika and the SS symbol from the labels, and that it doesn't use racist phrases but only nationalist phrases.

“Enough is enough,” said the Simon Wiesenthal Center’s, Rabbis Marvin Hier and Abraham Cooper of the Hitler wines, which have been sold widely across Italy for nearly 20 years. “We first protested the marketing of ‘Führerwein’ in 1995. Now an expanded line of wines that demean, diminish and mock Hitler’s victims are promoted on a slick website.”

CVS to demand ID before purchasing nail polish remover

CVS pharmacy chain location
By: Sarah Weiss

(Scroll down for video) If you want to buy some nail polish remover you will have to be above 18-years-old, if you wish to buy the product at the CVS pharmacy chain.

CVS pharmacy customers are now being asked for identification when buying nail polish remover.

The policy, which has already been rolled out in southern New England, in recent weeks, means that customers must show identification and the number of bottles they can buy will be restricted, according to the company.

The drugstore chain, said the rule is an attempt to curb illegal methamphetamine production, and issued this statement:
"Because acetone is an ingredient used in the illicit production of methamphetamine, we recently implemented a policy that a valid ID must be presented to purchase products containing acetone such as nail polish remover. Our policy also restricts the sale of these products in combination with other methamphetamine precursors and is based on several rules requiring retailers to record sales of acetone.”

FDA spokesperson Christopher Kelly released the following statement:
"We are not aware of any specific FDA regulation that regulates the sale of acetone or iodine."

Officials in Sweden warn about testicle eating fish

The pacu fish
By: David Ross

(Scroll down for video) If you love to spend your weekends at the beach beware of testicle loving fish, officials in Sweden have warned.

The warning has come after fish known to bite testicles have been seen in Sweden.

The pacu fish, which has attacked the male genitalia in Papua New Guinea, was caught by a fisherman in the Oresund Sound, off the coast of southern Sweden.

The pacu fish, which is related to the piranha, is also known as the "ball cutter" because of its attraction to the testicles.

The men in the area have been warned to keep their bathing suit on when entering the sea at all times in order to reduce the possibility of an attack.

Carl Henrik, a fish expert in the Danish Museum, said: "The pacu fish is not usually dangerous to humans, but they has a good bite, and there have been incidents in other countries such as Papua New Guinea, where some men have had their testicles bitten off. They bite because they are hungry, and testicles feel good in their mouths. Their mouths are not that big, so of course they usually eat nuts, fruits and small fish.”

The pacu fish is native to South America and can grow up to 90 centimeters, or 35 inches, long and weigh up to 25 kilograms or 55 pounds.

Michigan doctor arrested after intentionally misdiagnosing patients with cancer

Dr. Farid Fata
By: Ryan Lee Hall

(Scroll down for video) A doctor was arrested and charged with fraud related charges after misdiagnosing patients with cancer in order to make millions of dollars by providing them with unnecessary cancer treatments, according to police reports in Michigan.

Detroit Police said that a local doctor has been charged with defrauding the government of tens of millions of dollars by deliberately misdiagnosed cancer patients and illegally billing Medicare for treatments.

Dr. Farid Fata remain behind bars at least until Tuesday as a third federal judge will consider whether or not to grant him any bail. He was arrested last week on charges he defrauded Medicare for millions of dollars for the administration of chemotherapy to patients, who were not sick with cancer.

Fata runs the Michigan Hematology Oncology, which has offices in Clarkston, Bloomfield Hills, Lapeer, Sterling Heights, Troy and Oak Park. The government said that the clinics charged Medicare more than $35 million during the last two years.
Fata earned about $24.3 million by selling cancer drugs, more than any doctor in the state of Michigan during the past two years, the FBI told a federal court.

In one case, a patient fell and hit his head inside one of Fata’s clinics, but was told he needed chemotherapy before he could be taken to a hospital, according to the FBI. The man died later of a head injury. His name was not released.
Fata's lawyer said that all the allegations are false.

A judge had said that Fata could be released from jail under strict conditions, but prosecutors appealed the ruling. They fear that Fata will flee to his native Lebanon if he is released from prison, saying he has access to millions of dollars to fund a flight.

His attorney argued that Fata is a U.S. citizen and is not a flight risk.

(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested and charged with attempted murder related charges after he attacked his young daughter with a sword, according to police reports in Florida.

St. Cloud Police said that a man was arrested after he stabbed his daughter with a sword during an altercation on Friday night.
Police dispatchers received an emergency call about the incident at a house on Holden Drive around 10:00 pm.

According to investigators, a fight between the victim and her father, Juan Lovine, 44, led to the stabbing. Lovine was armed with a sword when he stabbed his adult daughter, police said.

The victim, who was stabbed in the arm and in the chest, was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center. She was in stable condition and is expected to recover.

Lovine was taken to a hospital for an eye injury. He is being charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault and domestic violence. Once discharged from the hospital, police said he will be taken to the Osceola County Jail.

Investigators said Lovine's mother, 74-year-old Isabel Rego, was also arrested during the incident. She was charged with resisting arrest without violence.

The victim's name was not released by police.

Two prostitutes found beaten, naked, burned in Detroit

(Scroll down for video) Police are looking to arrest and charge a man with attempted murder related charges after two women were found naked, beaten, and badly burned, according to police reports in Michigan.

Detroit Police said that two local women were found naked, beaten, burned, and possibly sexually assaulted and left to die within 24 hours of each other. Police investigators said that they believe the cases are related.

"We are all devastated. Everyone is upset right now. We need to know exactly what happened. That's all we want to know," a family member of the 37-year-old victim, who remains in critical condition, said. "Nobody deserves to be treated this way," the family member added.

The other victim, a 22-year-old, is in stable condition.
A woman walking in the west side neighborhood of Detroit, discovered the first victim at 7:00 am. The victim was lying beneath a couch in a field, screaming from pain.

Less than 24 hours later, and less than a mile away, the other woman was discovered after people nearby saw smoke and flames coming from a van.

Both women are allegedly prostitutes.
According to authorities, the attacker has the same modus operandi, also known as M.O.

Florida police officers arrested after having sex with woman during traffic stop

Thomas Merenda (left) and Franklin Hartley
By: Debbie Gross

(Scroll down for video) Two police officers were arrested and charged with sex crimes related charges after they made sexual contacts with two women during a traffic stop, according to police reports in Florida.

Prosecutors said they charged two Lauderhill police officers with crimes after they detained a female drunk driver. One officer demanded that the female driver punch him in the genitals, according to the Broward State Attorney's Office.

Because he liked it, prosecutors said the officer is being charged with unlawful compensation, defined as obtaining a benefit for performing or refused to perform public duty.

A second officer in the case is accused of having sex with a passenger in the same car, all the while threatening to arrest her too if she did not comply.

Police officers Franklin Hartley and Thomas Merenda were arrested on Thursday night. Both are charged with unlawful compensation, a crime punishable by up to 15 years in prison, and battery, a misdemeanor punishable by up to 60 days in jail.

Merenda's attorney, Eric Schwartzreich, said the charges against his client was disconcerting.
"The only thing that's crazy here is the charges against my client," Schwartzreich said.

According to prosecutors, Hartley, 32, stopped the women in their car after they left a club. He threatened to arrest the driver and ordered her to follow him to the parking lot of a nearby shopping center. That's where Merenda, 35, joined them.

According to the arrest reports, Hartley ordered the passenger to perform oral sex on him, and then had sex with her. Officer Merenda asked the drunk driver to punch him in the genitals.

Hartley asked for and received the phone number of the passenger, and he sent a picture via text message shortly after the meeting in the parking lot, according to the arrest report.

The women are 29 and 31-years-old.

"These allegations are extravagant, outrageous and absurd. Illegal compensation is defined as obtaining a benefit or advantage. As a member of the male gender, I can tell you that being hit on the testicles is not a benefit or advantage. Any man can attest to that. It is not that kind of thing," the attorney said.

Both Merenda and Hartley are on paid administrative leave from the Lauderhill Police Department. Before the incident, Hartley had served five years as a police officer, and Merenda had served 11 years.

Lauderhill Police Chief Andrew Smalling issued a statement expressing his disapproval of the alleged actions of his officers.

"I, and the men and women of the Lauderhill Police Department, are really disappointed with the nature of the charges against these two officers and if found to be true, the consequences must be serious," Smalling said. "The alleged actions of these two agents do not in any way reflect the character and integrity of the many men and women who work at the Lauderhill Police Department," he added.

Texas girl, 10, arrested after raping 4-year-old boy

The mother and the girl
By: John Roberts

(Scroll down for video) A 10-year-old girl was arrested and charged with rape related charges after she was accused of raping a 4-year-old boy, according to police reports in Texas.

Now, the mother of the girl, who was accused of raping the boy in her apartment complex, said that police officers have it all wrong.

"She was just being a kid having fun and playing," she said. "She did not know she was doing something wrong," she also said.
According to the mother, the girl has been accused of raping the boy in the courtyard of the complex.

Houston Police confirmed that the rape incident was reported. A sex crimes investigator was assigned to the case, and the arrest was made last week.

"Me and my mother cried and then, they took me to the police car," the girl said. "I did not want to go," the girl also said.
"Just to see her looking through the bars shouting for me to get her out, was a nightmare," the mother said.
Finally, she was transferred to a juvenile justice center, where she was fingerprinted, issued a standard jump suit and locked in a cell.

The girl spent four days in jail before being released. Exactly what happened that day remains unclear. If convicted, the girl could have to register as a sex offender, and her mother admits that her daughter may have committed a crime. “I’m not saying she did not do it, all I’m saying is that she is still a child,” the mother said.

Caught on video: Massive brawl breaks out inside New Jersey restaurant, tables and chairs fly

Scene of the fight
By: Sarah Weiss

A major fight broke out inside a restaurant in which diners threw tables and chairs at each other, according to video uploaded to the internet.

It was early Friday morning when a fight between scantily clad women and a few men sent the furniture flying in a restaurant in New Jersey.

The video of the fight was uploaded to YouTube. The video shows exposed women fighting while men and women are yelling obscenities at each other.

The video does not show how the fight started. The fight seemed to cool down after a minute or so, but then a chair was thrown, reigniting the fight again.

Also on the video, a man is seen throwing a table on a woman while breaking glass can be heard during the chaos.
Eventually, police arrived at the scene.

Ewing Police showed up at the restaurant at 3:30 am, arresting 32-year-old Amon Baldwin, who was charged with simple assault for hitting an unidentified 26-year-old, in front of one of the police officers.

"These people were acting like animals," Peter Gromitsaris, the owner of the Two Peters diner, said.
In terms of damage, Gromitsaris estimated that he lost at least $250 after diners left without paying when the fight broke out. He also said that he lost thousands of dollars after furniture was broken.

"The biggest damage from my point of view is that people who find out about the fight will not come to my restaurant because they will feel unsafe," he said. "We will not let this happen again," he also said.

Surprisingly, Gromitsaris said some of the women involved in the fight came to the restaurant a day later waiting to be served. However, he sent them home.

The women are now accusing the restaurant owner of refusing to serve them only because they are black.
