(Scroll down for video) An Arab man was arrested and will be charged with murder related charges after he killed an Israeli soldier after luring him to the West Bank, according to a statement released by the military.

The suspect, who worked in a restaurant along with the victim, killed the man with the hope of using his body as a means to push for the release of his brother from an Israeli prison, military officials said Saturday.

Lt. Col. Peter Lerner, an Israeli army spokesperson, said the suspect, Nidal Ammar, 42, had confessed to the crime after being arrested on Saturday along with another brother and six others.

Colonel Lerner said Ammar knew the 20-year-old soldier, Sgt. Tomer Hazan, because they had worked together at a restaurant in Bat Yam. Ammar had picked up the soldier in a taxi on Friday in Israel, and had taken him first to a Jewish settlement in the West Bank. Later, he convinced him to go to the neighboring Palestinian village of Beit Amin, where Ammar lived.

Ammar then took Hazan to an open area nearby, killed him and hid his body in a water tank, according to Colonel Lerner, who said Ammar wanted to trade the dead body.

It is not known how Ammar persuaded Sergeant Hazan to go with him, or what kind of relationship they had.
Colonel Lerner said Ammar was married to an Israeli citizen.

The soldier's family notified the internal security service of Israel, Shin Bet, that he was missing about 10:00 pm Friday, according to a military statement.

An investigation was immediately launched involving a large number of military and intelligence officers. On Saturday morning, the army raided Beit Amin, a town of about 1,100 inhabitants, not far from the Green Line separating Israel and West Bank.

Within hours, Ammar led authorities to the body and confessed.

(Scroll down for video) It took parents five hours to take their 10-year-old daughter to the hospital for bleeding after they mistook her gunshot wound for her period, according to police reports in California.

The girl was sleeping at her home in Hayward around 2:00 am on Thursday, when a stray bullet hit her in the behind, Sergeant Mark Ormsby said.

When she woke up in pain and had blood on her underwear, her parents thought she had started her period, police said.

The parents also found no indication that she had been shot when they took her to the bathroom.

Ormsby said that when she woke up to go to school and she was still in pain, her parents inspected her bed. That is when they saw the bullet hole.

The young woman’s doctor told investigators that the entry wound of the bullet was small and could have been easily overlooked if the family thought she was menstruating.

The girl remained hospitalized in stable condition on Friday, Lieutenant Mark Stuart said.

Police do not have a motive for the shooting and no arrests were made.

A man pleaded guilty to pretending to be Justin Bieber to exploit young children.

Robert Hunter, 35, of Middlesbrough, England, pleaded guilty to posing as the young celebrity, thereby getting hundreds of underage children worldwide to strip for him.

Hunter was caught after one girl in Australia realized what he was doing, and alerted authorities.
At his house, authorities found 800 pornographic videos and photos of children, some as young as 9-years-old.

"Hunter used a number of aliases online. He faked his age, and pretended to be a teenager. He also used fake photos and claiming it was of himself. He also convinced some young kids that he was the music artist Justin Bieber," prosecutor Richard Bennett said.

After the children sent him photos of themselves in compromising positions, Hunter then blackmailed them into sending him more photos and videos by saying that he would make public videos of them stripping and /or performing sex acts if they did not send him what he asked for.

Hunter pleaded guilty to 15 counts of causing or inciting children to engage in sexual activity and 14 counts of making indecent photos of children.

Some people will do anything in hopes to relieve their pain.

Someone figured out that lubricated condoms help relieve arthritis.

Now, older people in South Africa, are exchanging their pills for condoms.

The word on the street is that the lubricant oil in the latex condom helps relieve pain associated with arthritis.
Some claim that after rubbing a condom on the painful joint they feel immediate relief.
"This oil is number one," Elizabeth Moyo said after demonstrating how to use condoms. "I'm tired of the pills," she said.

Condoms are available for free in South Africa, which has one of the highest HIV rates in the world. Ten percent of the population are HIV positive.

“Over 25 percent of South African schoolgirls are HIV positive compared to 4 percent of boys because ‘sugar daddies’ are exploiting them,” Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi said.

Medical experts said that there are no scientific evidence that condoms help relieve pain and they worry that condoms will now be wasted for arthritis rather than for the intended purpose.
Arthritis is a common condition among older people and causes pain and swelling in the joints.
