(Scroll down for video) There are some toilet themed restaurants around the world, and now, one has opened in the United States.

Usually, it takes time for a new restaurant to end up in the toilet, but the Magic Restroom Cafe was already there before it opened.

The Magic Restroom Cafe opened in Los Angeles, California, as the first toilet-themed restaurant in the United States.

All dishes, seats and food focuses on toilets, bathrooms and human bodily functions.

Customers wait for a dinner experience of sitting on stools covered with toilet seats and order tasty menu items like "golden rice poop," "black excrement," "smell-as-s***," and "bloody number two.”

The defecation themed dishes are then served in miniature toilet bowls, with “Stinky Tofu” recommended as the most appropriate food choice.

The Magic Restroom Cafe officially opened on October 11 and so far, the decor is getting better reviews than the food.

The restaurant has an average of 3 stars on Yelp and most of the complaints are about their slow service. The official opening celebration is scheduled for later this month.

Cesar Solis

(Scroll down for video) A man betrayed a family, who allowed him to stay at their house, by impregnating their daughter.

Cesar Solis, 43, of Cobb County, Georgia, will spend a long time in jail. He will not be around to raise his child, who was born to his 13-year-old victim.

Solis has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after sleeping with a 13-year-old girl and fathering a child with her.

Solis was living with the family of the victim in Austell, when he had sex with the girl, Senior Deputy District Attorney Eleanor Odom said.

The victim told police that Solis forced her to have sex with him one morning while she was getting ready for school, and that he warned her not to tell anyone.

When the victim discovered she was pregnant, she told her mother, who called police. After a police investigation, Solis was charged with rape. After the victim gave birth, DNA tests proved that Solis was indeed the child's father.

At trial, defense attorney Matthew Hines argued that the girl and Solis had a consensual relationship, and that there was no forced rape. Hines pointed to jail phone records between Solis and his victim as proof that the two had a relationship. “She was constantly talking with him,” Hines said.

After a three-day trial, a jury convicted Solis of the lesser charge of statutory rape and not of forcible rape. He was given a 20 year sentence instead of a life sentence.
Solis has been held without bail since her arrest. He also has an immigration hold upon his release.

The investigation came after photos were posted online showing the daughter living the high life and bathing in money.

The wealthy young Filipino woman is being investigated over tax evasion after she posted pictures of her privileged lifestyle online.

Jeane Napoles, 23, is a fashion design student. She owns a Los Angeles condominium at the Ritz Carlton, valued at $1.3 million, as well as another property worth $339,000 in her home country.

However, she did not file taxes in the Philippines or in the United States since 2008, according to Kim Henares, chief of the Philippine Bureau.

Jeane Napoles' mother Janet Napoles, is under investigation as part of the Philippines' biggest fraud case ever for allegedly helping Philippine MPs embezzle up to $232 million.

Napoles uploaded photos of her lavish lifestyle featuring designer dresses, shoes and expensive cars. She also uploaded a photo of herself in a bathtub full of money, as well as a video of her over the top birthday party.

The posts drew condemnation from people her home country where an estimated 28 percent of the population live in poverty. The photographs also drew the attention of the Bureau of Internal Revenue, who are now investigating the 23-year-old for tax fraud.

“We read the newspapers. We follow the Internet. That is where we heard about her,” Henares said.
“We have always said there is nothing wrong with being rich as long you pay your taxes,” Henares added.

The socialite's tax bills are estimated to be $744,000 for the last two years alone.
Henares denied any political motive in prosecuting the young woman, and said she is merely enforcing tax laws.

“Whether it is her fault or her mother's fault, someone will go to jail,” Henares said.

(Scroll down for video) The mayor of a small town in England, called on police to investigate the release of a video that is poking fun at her.

Essex Police are investigating, who is behind a "terribly offensive” cartoon published online ridiculing Basildon mayor Mo Larkin.

Police confirmed that an investigation is underway after the mayor and other government officials received a link to the video titled “Camel Toe Mo-Camel Toe On Parade in Basildon.”

The video is a parody of an embarrassing photograph published online. That photo shows mayor Larkin busy with her cell phone instead of showing respect to the troops, who were giving her a salute on Armed Forces Day.

However, in the video, there is also an image which shows Larkin giving birth to Conservative council leader Tony Ball, which outraged to the mayor.

"You can expect criticism as mayor, but no one should have to endure this type of humiliation. It's disgusting," Larkin said.

"We are investigating allegations of malicious communications. The investigation is ongoing, but so far, no one has been arrested,” a spokesperson for Essex Police said.

Police were able to locate the laptop.

"I'm very sorry for this situation and understand that it may cause concern, embarrassment and discomfort ," Kakar wrote in a letter to his patients. "I try very hard to earn your trust that includes the protection of sensitive information about you. I take client confidentiality very seriously," he wrote.

“Kakar cannot resume his practice until the charges against him are resolved,” the Department of Social and Health Services said in a press release.

The father of two was not amused when he retrieved his luggage from a baggage carousel to find the words "I am gay" written in big letters. He took a photo and posted it on social media sites.

The man said he was "absolutely disgusted" to find his red suitcase covered with airline tape spelling out the words “I am gay.”

The man who had been visiting Perth, Australia, said he believed someone at Perth Airport had defaced his suitcase before the night flight.

“It was after midnight and the flight was delayed over an hour... idle hands, perhaps," he tweeted.

After the photo went viral, the Australian airline Jetstar, has reached out to the passenger and apologized for the incident.

“I am a white heterosexual male. I'm not routinely subjected to prejudice. For a few minutes, I got to walk in the shoes of a gay person in a public place. I was degraded. I was shamed. I was humiliated,” the passenger said.

However, he does not want anyone to lose their jobs over the incident. He wants the airline to use this as a teachable moment.

“Jetstar is conducting a thorough investigation into the incident. We are taking this matter very seriously and have contacted the passenger to apologize for any distress it caused," a spokesperson for Jetstar said.

(Scroll down for video) In an effort to cut road congestion, a mayor of an Italian town has dedicated parking spaces to kissing couples.

Council officials in Padova have eased congestion around the new train station by dedicating a "Park + Kiss" lane to couples kissing goodbye.

The idea was introduced after a survey found that couple’s passionate farewells before one of them heads off to the train was the biggest cause of traffic jams.

People would take time to say their goodby and disregard the cars behind them. The “Park + Kiss” lane will allow travelers to park on the street for up to 15 minutes to say their goodbyes.

"It is part of the Italian nature to be passionate, it is understandable that people want to express that passion and show their feelings with a goodbye kiss," Padove Mayor Ivo Rossi said.

He said the new project has been a great success, with many people using it and long delays at the train station is a thing of the past.

(Scroll down for video) A teenage boy wanted a motorcycle so he decided to steal one from a motorcyclist at a red light in broad daylight.

The video clip below shows how a motorcyclist in Sao Paolo, Brazil, was robbed at gunpoint by two thugs, who did not notice an undercover police officer on the street.

The officer saw the armed robbery in progress. Before the thief was able to ride off with his newly stolen motorcycle, the undercover officer shot him.

The incident was recorded by the victim’s helmet camera.

The two would-be robbers were sharing a motorbike. When they got to the red light, 18-year-old Escarante Leonardo Santos pulled out a gun and waved it in the victim’s face, forcing him to get off his Honda Hornet.

He then demanded the keys while still pointing the .38 caliber revolver at the victim. As Santos took the bike and attempted to drive away, the police officer shot him twice in the leg.

According to the user, who posted the video, the 18-year-old succmed to his injuries and died.

"Preliminary analysis of the video suggests that the action of the police officer was legitimate and correct, with the observance of police techniques," Brazil's Civil Police wrote in a statement.

"It clearly shows that the robber pointed his gun towards the police officer. The actions demonstrated commitment to public cause and defending society from violent criminals," the statement read.

Virginia man pulls worm out from his lips

Jonathan D. Allen shows off his worm
By: Shifra Unger

(Scroll down for video) A Virginia man, who had a worm creeping around in his cheek and lips, got rid of his problem by pulling the parasite out himself, according to a report by the Huffington Post.

Jonathan D. Allen, a biologist, has become an expert about a particular worm that somehow found its way into his cheek.

Allen published his experience with "Gongylonema pulchruma,” a type of worm usually found in cattle.

The 36-year-old assistant professor at the William and Mary College in Williamsburg, Virginia, first discovered the creepy creature last December, while teaching a class.

"The worm was in the fleshy part of my cheek, and in the first three months, it was in the back of my throat," Allen said.

"I could feel it with my tongue, but not my finger. When the worm finally moved to my lip I could see it and was willing to talk to someone other than my wife about my problem," he also said.

Allen went to a dentist, who referred him to an oral surgeon, but the specialist said he did not see any worm.
"I paid my co-pay and left. It was totally depressing," he said.

“The next morning, I took some tweezers and removed it from my cheek with help from my wife," he said.

13 such cases had been reported in the U.S. and the 60 cases had been reported worldwide, so far.
Allen decided to keep the warm in a jar.

Carol Frances Omeara
By: David Ross

(Scroll down for video) A woman was arrested and charged with drunk driving after she allegedly drove drunk and called police on herself, according to police reports in Montana.

Billings Police said that a woman called them for help in getting out of her car after she was too drunk to get herself.

Carol Frances Omeara was nearly four times the state's legal limit when police found her in her car outside her home.

The 55-year-old was charged with her fourth drunk driving offense on Wednesday, after appearing in the County Court by video conference from the Yellowstone County jail.

Court records show that when asked if she had a medical or mechanical problem, she said: "No, I'm too damn drunk."

Prosecutors said that Omeara told them she drank a pint of vodka before calling police.

Omeara told a court official that she had been in a bar for five hours, but she was sitting in her car outside her home for four hours before calling the police.

She was parked about two feet away from the curb with the keys in her pocket.

A $3,000 bond was set by Judge Larry Herman after it was confirmed that she had three prior convictions for drunk driving.

Gas station worker fired after pulling gun on armed robber

Shannon "Bear" Cothran with his gun

(Scroll down for video) A gas station employee was fired from his job after he successfully stopped an armed robbery in progress by pulling out a gun, according to police reports in New Hampshire.

When Shannon "Bear" Cothran was threatened by an armed robber with a knife on Monday morning, he did not think twice about what to do.

Cothran, who was working after midnight at the Shell gas station located at 301 Main St. in Nashua, drew his pistol and pointed it at the armed robber.

The robber turned around and walked out the door. The employee called police, bringing a swift end to the attempted robbery.

Cothran believes his decision to carry a gun has saved his life on Monday morning. However, the owners of the gas station held a different view.

Cothran said he was fired just hours after the incident because he violated a company policy that prohibits employees from carrying weapons.

Now jobless, Cothran said he thinks that the company’s policy is irresponsible.

"I can find another job," he said "A paycheck is a paycheck. It really does not matter where it comes from. I cannot justify in my mind trying to save my job at the risk of never seeing my family and friends again," he said.

Nashua Police are still looking for the man involved in the robbery. The suspect was captured on surveillance video entering the gas station at 3:00 a.m.

Police confirmed that the man approached the employee and brandished a knife, but fled moments later, when the employee took out a gun.

Nashua Police are asking the public to help identify the man, who was described as a white or Hispanic man, between 6 feet and 6 feet 2 inches tall, with a medium build.

Police are circulating a picture of the suspect.
