By: Ryan Lee Hall

A 5-year-old boy is accused of raping several of his classmates.

Parents are outraged after a school kept quiet and allowed a young boy to stay in school after he sexually assaulted his classmates.

Parents claim that the River Roads Lutheran School in Houston, Texas, knew about the abuse and chose not to deal with the issue.

Tamara Wilson said she was shocked when her son came home from school claiming that another 5-year-old performed oral sex on him.

“I was devastated. I was in shock, and I had him repeat it three times,” Wilson said.

Another parent, Channa Hyster, said the same boy assaulted her son earlier this year.

Hyster said that she reported the incident to the school after her son complained that the same 5-year-old boy performed oral sex on her son, but the school ignored the situation.

The school’s spokesperson responded by saying that they had no knowledge of Hyster’s claims, but admitted to having more recent allegations of sexual abuse against the 5-year-old.

The spokesperson said that the incident between the two students was “serious and troubling in nature.”

The spokesperson also claims that the school acted quickly, all while protecting the privacy of the kids.

Parents do not believe that any action has been taken against the abuser because the abuse did not stop and other children were victimized since the time the school was made aware of the crimes.

Parents are calling on police to investigate the school.

Prosecutor gets 10 days jail after locking up innocent man for 25 years

By: David Ross

(Scroll down for video) A prosecutor was arrested, charged and convicted of intentionally sending an innocent man to jail for 25 years, according to court proceedings in Texas.

Now, the Texas prosecutor will be imprisoned for his role in the wrongful conviction of Michael Morton, who spent 25 years in prison.

Ken Anderson will serve ten days in jail and perform 500 hours of community service. He was also debarred from having any connection with the law.

The former district attorney of Williamson County, was accused of manipulating and covering up evidence in the murder trial of Morton in 1987. Morton spent 25 years in prison before being acquitted for the murder of his wife by DNA testing.

Morton had been accused of beating his wife Christine to death in 1986.

Anderson, also a former district judge, pleaded no contest to contempt of court.

The charge arose from an exchange of 1987, when Anderson, the district attorney in Williamson County, was asked by the judge if he had anything to offer that was favorable to the defense of Morton, to which he replied no.

After Morton’s conviction, it emerged that his son told police that he saw another man killing his mother. Also, a neighbor told police that another man was near the Morton home at the time of the murder.

Morton was finally released in October 2011, when DNA testing helped overturn his conviction by linking the crime to another man.

Anderson had faced up to 10 years in prison if convicted, but prosecutors said the statute of limitations made it difficult for a conviction.

The victim however, was happy that Anderson was removed from his position.
