(Scroll down for video) A teen learned the hard way not to trust anyone after receiving a photo of an Xbox instead of the game console.

The young father, who paid £450 ($700) for what he thought was an Xbox on ebay received a photo of the new console instead.

Peter Clatworthy, 19, had saved all year to buy the console, which is now out of stock, for his four-year-old son.

Several days after paying for the console he received a blurred photograph of it, and to make matters worse, the seller had written "thank you for your purchase" on the back.

When he returned to the listing, Clatworthy realized that the title said the item for sale is just a photo.

The teen, of Bilborough, Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom, said that he was "absolutely gutted” despite having given a full refund by ebay, which said it would take action against the seller because misleading advertisements are not permitted.

"I told my brother and he was crying with laughter, so were all my colleagues, it is very embarrassing," he said.

"Even my mother told me it was a bit stupid considering that it said it was a photo in the advertisement,” he said.

Protest against child rape illustration

Many people are outraged at the injustice done to an 8-year-old girl.

The child from Mutare, Zimbabwe, was denied justice because her parents are fighting to block the prosecution of a child rapist.

Their reasoning is that they want to preserve their family relationships.

The girl was raped by her paternal grandfather, who is 52-years-old. He was arrested and charged.

However, the case was delayed because the parents are now refusing to cooperate with police.

They have also filed affidavits to withdraw their claims against the accused.

In a letter to the court, the father of the girl outlined the reasons for refusing to press charges against his own father.

“I want to drop the charges against my father, the defendant, because of the following reasons,” he wrote.

1. We had a meeting as a family and decided that this case is resolved within the family.

2. The accused apologized and the whole family accepted his apology.

3. We have resolved to maintain a good relationship with the accused.

4. The defendant has a family to care for, and if sent to prison his health and his family will suffer.

5. As the eldest son of the defendant, I have voluntarily withdrawn this case without any force or influence of anyone.

The girl's mother also wrote a statement regarding seeking the withdrawal of the case.

Attorney Caleb Mutandwa said that the attempt by the parents to have the matter withdrawn is a violation of the child's right to protection.

“Whoever tries to hide or influence the child to remove charges is committing a crime of obstruction of justice, and that person should be charged," Mutandwa said.

Myles Thomas, 21, was stunned after he received a $115 citation from the police after spitting on the sidewalk. The man was going to get pizza with his friends when he felt the need to expel some saliva.

A police officer, who noticed his spitting, detained him and gave him a ticket. He was charged with spitting on the sidewalks, buses or public areas.

"It's a little crazy," he admits. "I mean, what can you do though, it is the law. We have to obey the law of the land,” he said.

(Scroll down for video) A couple was surprised to find a bag full of cash inside their McDonald’s meal.

Who would not be “lovin’ it” if they were given a brown paper bag full of cash instead of breakfast at McDonald’s?

That's exactly what happened to a couple in Tennessee, who had a bit of a shock when ordering a meal at the drive-thru in the city of Hermitage.

A bag full of cash ready to be deposited at a local bank was passed to Greg and Stacye Terry by accident.

“My husband opened the bag and discovered the money inside,” Stacye said.

An employee panicked after realizing the mistake, and quickly found the couple in their house a few minutes away.

The couple gave the money back without hesitation.

The owner and operator of the Lebanon Road branch of McDonald’s, Phil Gray, praised the couple for their honesty in returning the money, and said that the store was "grateful.”

Now, it has launched an internal investigation into the blunder.
