(Scroll down for video) There is no need to watch a Hollywood movie as the Israel Defense Forces has released a video showing its most elite unit in action, according to video uploaded to the Internet.

The video was released as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the elite SWAT unit to see them in action.

Israel’s Special Central Unit, also known as Yamam, served as an elite counterterrorism unit. The unit was applauded for capturing the Palestinians behind a recent Bat Yam bus bombing.

During his visit, the Prime Minister was given a special screening of extreme rescue operations that the unit has performed, including the daring rescue of a girl in Ashkelon, who was taken captive by her mentally unstable uncle. The uncle threatened to blow up a residential apartment building with the girl inside. The video was recorded by the soldiers’ helmet cams.

Netanyahu spoke with the forces and said that 2013 saw a significant reduction in attempted terrorist attacks against Israel.

“This is a result of the important work done by the Israeli army and security forces, including elite units like Yamam. We must learn from what they do, and how they save lives every day,” Netanyahu said.
