(Scroll down for video) A man is facing an enormous lawsuit after he was caught taking a photo of a topless woman on top of the Empire State Building, according to a lawsuit filed in a New York court.
The fashion photographer is facing the lawsuit after taking the photo on the observation deck of the building.
The owners of the historic building filed a lawsuit against Allen Henson for $1.1 million.
According to court documents filed on Monday, Henson did not ask permission and never notified the building on his plans for the photo shoot.
Building representatives called it objectionable and inappropriate, because the observation deck is a family oriented tourist attraction.
Henson said that the view from the top of the building is so impressive he did not think anyone would notice him taking the pictures.
