(Scroll down for video) Three young men were arrested and charged with murder after they allegedly killed a popular singer because he refused to sing at a wedding, according to court proceedings in Israel.
Prosecutors filed an indictment with the District Court on Thursday, against three young men of Umm al-Fahm after being accused of being involvement in the murder of the famous singer Shafiq Kabaha.
Two 20-year-old men were charged with murder for killing the singer after he left from a wedding.
The third suspect was charged with conspiracy to commit murder. According to police, the two suspects followed the singer of Kfar Kara, as he left from a wedding on a scooter. When they reached the Umm al-Fahm junction, the two shot him and they fled from the scene.
Investigators said that the three decided to kill the singer after he refused to appear at a wedding of their relative.
Police initially arrested 13 suspects, but in the end, they decided to press charges only against the three.
