(Scroll down for video) A police officer tried to discipline a 13-year-old boy by pepper spraying him.
The Pennsylvania State Police officer was suspended without pay as he faces criminal charges for allegedly pepper spraying his girlfriend’s son.
According to police, Ernest Boatright pepper sprayed the boy after he became frustrated when he found the in bed instead of getting ready to go to school.
The teen told police that his stepfather sprayed him with the substance several times before this incident.

His lawyer said that Boatright “vehemently denies the charges and he is looking forward for his day in court to prove his innocence.”
