A family was left shattered after two brothers got into a deadly fight.

A 15-year-old boy of Chicago, Illinois, is accused of fatally stabbing his 25-year-old brother during a domestic dispute, police said.

Flossmoor Police were called just before 1:00 a.m., on Friday, to a report of a domestic disturbance, according to the police statement.

Responding officers found the victim, 25-year-old Steven Tigue, suffering from multiple stab wounds inside the residence.

The victim was transported to South Suburban Hospital in Hazel Crest, where he was pronounced dead, authorities said.

Police arrested the victim’s younger brother, Michael Tigue, 15, for the murder.

He was charged as an adult with first-degree murder and was ordered held on $2 million bond.

Assistant State Attorney Shawn Abraham said that the teen confessed to plotting the murder of his brother.

Michael Tigue claimed that his brother’s bullying drove him to do it.
