(Scroll down for video) A young boy showed off his skills in solving the Rubik’s Cube in just over 11 seconds.
His proud father, who is also a Rubik’s Cube genius, said the boy beat him in speed.
Now, the nine-year-old has set a new world record for solving the Rubik’s cube puzzle.
Li Dongyi managed to break the record by solving the puzzle in just 11.84 seconds during a competition held in Shenyang, China.
According to his father, Li Mingxin, the child is developing his skills fast.
During one of his practice sessions, which was also held before the cameras, the boy even managed to solve the cube in 10.87 seconds.
“I was his teacher, but the student has surpassed his mentor,” the proud father said jokingly.
