A woman was robbed of her credit cards and other belongings while she was dying at a Taco Bell.
A family was left shattered after their mother went out to get food at Taco Bell, and never returned.
Danielle Zimmerman, 43, of Wichita, Kansas, suffered a brain aneurysm while she was at a Taco Bell drive-thru lane.
She was taken to a local hospital, where she died the next day.
Three heartless thugs have been arrested after they robbed Zimmerman as she lay dying at the Taco Bell restaurant in Wichita.
Some customers who realized that something was wrong, rushed to the aid of Zimmerman and called 911.
Before paramedics and police arrived to the scene, the three thugs robbed her.
The thieves made off with Zimmerman’s wedding ring, wallet, cell phone and credit cards.
The three suspects were identified as Daquantrius Shaquill Johnson, Quanique Dontrell Thomas-Hameen, and Keith Byron Heckels Jr., all of whom are 19-years-old.
Officers found some of the victim’s belongings in their possession.
“Unfortunately, her ring and some other items were not recovered,” police Lt. Doug Nolte said. “We’re still looking for that,” he added.
Johnson was booked into jail on charges of robbery, criminal possession of a firearm and probation violation. He remains held in lieu of $315,000 bond.
Hickels was booked into jail on charges of robbery and violation of probation.
Thomas-Hameen was booked into jail on charges of theft, failure to appear and driving while suspended. He remains held in lieu of $200,500 bond.
