(Scroll down for video) A woman is happy to be reunited with her family after she was missing for 6 months.
Sheena Herschbach lived with her boyfriend Jason Greniger in Minnesota, until she wanted out of the relationship and she broke up with him.
In order to get away from her boyfriend, Herschbach moved to California.
Greniger did not take the breakup well and wanted his girlfriend back.
Police said Greniger was able to track her down.
He then took Herschbach to the MV Motel in Mesquite, Nevada, where they remained in isolation for 6 months.
Once in a while, he allowed the woman to go to the grocery store, but threatened to kill her or her children if she left him.
After 6 months in isolation, on a Saturday, Greniger allowed her to go to a public library by herself.
That’s when she posted a Facebook message, telling her friends and family where she was.
Someone notified the Mesquite Police, who then arrested Greniger.
He was charged with second-degree kidnapping.
Greniger is being held without bail on an outstanding warrant from Minnesota.
