A woman is blaming her difficult childbirth on Olive Garden.
Miranda Fischer, 34, said that she became sick with the norovirus virus after eating at the restaurant.
Within 36 hours, she and her husband, Erandi Saucedo, and 13 other people who ate at the Olive Garden, experienced gastrointestinal problems.
Fischer was still sick when she went into labor with her second child.
The baby was breech, but under normal circumstances, doctors might have been able to turn the baby.
However, doctors were unable to do so because Fischer was too ill, and instead, they had to perform a cesarean section.
Fischer is suing the company for $50,000 in damages for negligence.
Both the mother and baby are said to be doing well.
