(Scroll down for video) A woman who was possibly raped, was beaten by police officers, her defense attorney Paul Misukewicz said.

Detroit, Michigan police Officer Bernadette Najor, with the help of several male officers, beat and bound a potential rape victim before cutting her hair.

Charda Gregory, 22, woke up disoriented in a motel room where she was arrested by police for allegedly destroying the room.

The young mother, who is traumatized after the incident, has no idea how she got there or why the police beat her.

Najor, who was initially suspended, has been fired from the police force. The other police officers that can be seen on a video participating in the violence, faced no disciplinary action.

The incident occurred at the Suez Motel in Warren, where Gregory was arrested for trashing a room.

Gregory had been sprayed with pepper spray and was pushed against the wall twice.

Gregory was dragged into a restraint chair and her arms and legs were bound.

Officer Najor pulled Gregory’s head while cutting off her hair.
