(Scroll down for video) A restaurant owner is behind bars and was charged with attempted murder after shooting at a customer who complained about a cockroach in her food, police in Alabama said.
Birmingham Police said that they arrested the man on Thursday, after he was accused of the shooting.
The shooting happened at Good Friend Chinese and Seafood Restaurant. The owner, 52-year-old Chun Hin Ching, is jailed in lieu of $100,000.
The woman found a cockroach in her egg roll that she ordered at the restaurant on Thursday night. She went over to the owner to complain about it, and the man gave her a refund. Shockingly, as she walked out the door, he pulled out a gun and shot at her.
Luckily, the woman was not injured, and police later arrested the man at the restaurant.
