Seattle Police said that a local, a former employee of the Hillel UW student center, was arrested on Monday afternoon, after he threatened to blow up the building.
At 1:45 p.m., employees of the Jewish center located at 4745 17th Avenue N.E., called police and said that the former employee had threatened to mix toxic chemicals to cause an explosion.
The man went to a supply closet, mixed ammonia and bleach.
