An Israeli bus traveling on a road in the West Bank, was firebombed by several Palestinian terrorists, the Israeli military said.

In response, Israeli soldiers raided the northern West Bank villages of Huwwara and Beita on Sunday night, after the firebomb was thrown at the bus in the area.

Witnesses said that they saw Israeli soldiers storm the villages in the Nablus area as flares were fired to illuminate the night.

So far, no arrests were reported.

This was not the first time that a bus was bombed by terrorists. As we reported earlier, a bus that was making its way to Israel, exploded causing four deaths and many injuries, police in Egypt said.

The explosion occurred in the Sinai region near the border with Israel.

Israeli police said that they heard a strong explosion from the Egyptian side of the Taba border Sunday.

Three South Korean tourists and the Egyptian driver were killed while at least 13 tourists were injured, according to Egyptian health officials.

The bus was carrying 32 South Korean tourists. The bomb exploded during a break at a Hilton hotel.

The victims were being treated at Egyptian hospitals, but Israel sent medical personnel to the border to be on standby.
