A 23-year-old Oklahoma man was arrested in a jail lobby a short time after being released.
Luke Wilson Russell of Jenks, was about to get his freedom back when he was released from a Tulsa jail.
However, as he was waiting in the lobby, he allegedly grabbed the behind of a young child.
Russell was back in custody after being charged with committing a lewd act upon a child.
Wilson was originally arrested Saturday night, for public intoxication, according to court documents.
He was released from jail the next day, around 12:40 p.m.
By 1:20 p.m., he was back in handcuffs after a child claimed that Russell groped her.
According to police, the victim and her mother were in the Tulsa County Jail to visit the child’s father. While waiting in the lobby, Russell sat down next to the girl. He then “touched and squeezed the victim’s behind,” police said.
