(Scroll down for video) A teenager suffered severe cyberbullying after someone posted her profile on a sex website.
The 17-year-old went on camera to warn other kids about the danger of posting inappropriate photos to the Internet.
It all began when Monica of Greenville, South Carolina, received a text message while sitting in her math class.
The message came from a boy in her class. He wrote that he would like to meet up for sex after class.
Monica was surprised, as she hardly knew the boy. When she questioned him, the teen explained that he saw Monica’s profile on a sex website.
He told the girl that the website had her photos, city and date of birth.
The teen then sent Monica a link to the site, and sure enough it was her profile.
Turns out that someone had stolen photos that she posted online and opened the account.
She was horrified and scared. Monica said she contacted the website administrator and informing them that he was only 17-years-old.
The web administrated agreed to remove the fake profile.
