Police were called to a disturbance at a house where teens were loud and partying late at night.
Officers of the Albany Police Department arrived to the frat house party at 3:20 a.m.
They observed several people inside and outside the residence drinking alcohol and causing a commotion.
While officers attempted to get things under control, Noah McCall, 19, peed off the stairs directly onto a uniformed police officer.
McCall’s urine fell onto the head and face of the officer, who subsequently received treatment at a local hospital for body fluid exposure, according to the arrest report.
McCall was arrested and charged with reckless assault on an officer and for possession of a fake Florida driver’s license.
Luca Quinn, 19, was also arrested at the party after police found him in possession of brass knuckles.
